I enjoy shipping here because they have a pretty focused inventory. Unlike the big box stores, there are employees around actively trying to help, and they aren't trying to carry everything for everybody. For example, if I need fasteners (nuts, bolts, screws, etc) they have a huge selection and it's incredibly well organized. Lumber? Forget it. Their online inventory is pretty spot on.

Disappointed many items to expensive. No help in the store today, not offered help out, I'm 60 and bought bags of bark, would have been nice to have help out. Only go there because I live so close to store. Done with them.

It has a pretty good selection but it is primarily self serve. The staff tries hard but are stretched thin and are not particularly knowledgeable.

Recently was accused of steeling when in fact the poor employee training had there team member mistake my phone for an item upon walking in.....ridiculous accusation after becoming a member and spending 1000s of dollars

Mel is amazing guy. Helped solve my problem back in the nuts and bolts section of the store. We got to chatting, and he told me he had worked at Mare Island for 38 years...and that he was 87 years old! I can only hope to be helping people as great as he's doing when I'm his age!
