I went in early on a rainy morning. A windshield wiper had blown off while wiping my windshield. The gentlemen working behind the counter helped me buy the right wipers and attached the wiper blades during the rain. I was pleased how courteous he was and efficient. I was on my way in no time.

I went in seeking advice as to how to fix the rubber placing on my driver door. I asked if I needed a special kind of super glue to connect rubber to metal. The overweight middle-aged employee was shouting at me in slightly slurred speach like he was either very hungover or actively drunk. He went on about how I should fix it with JB Weld. JB weld? For a car door? That could seal my car door closed...he then went on to explain that I shouldn't do it if I ever planned to sell the car and then laughed at me very condecendingly as if he were trolling me and wasn't serious at all. Then he started making bad jokes about used cars and started saying how people don't know how to take care of their cars and insinuating that I was completely ignorant. As soon as I brushed it off and just decided to get super glue this guy is laughing me out of the store. I don't have time for this buddy, dealing with a very possibly drunk salesperson is not on the top of my to-do list. I haven't been treated this badly by a professional transaction in almost a decade. Yall just lost a sale and a customer for life.
