I went to Creation Fine Jewelers yesterday for the first time. I was in search of a pendant and had some estate jewelry that needed repair. Joe Tariga helped me. Joe was so helpful, pleasant and professional. Joe ordered my pendant and had it sent overnight without charging extra, so I could have it by Christmas. Joe also helped my husband who had several watches that needed servicing. We were so impressed with the help we received. I feel I have found a trusted jeweler in Creations Fine Jewelry's store. I Highly recommend this store who anyone who want to purchase fine jewelry or has a piece of jewelry that needs repair.

Joe and Brian helped me out on sourcing out an Omega Globemaster Steel/Sedna. A great boutique experience. Locally owned by Brian and Melissa.Very pleasant people and great to work with. Highly recommended if you want to start your Omega journey.ps: some very lovely jewelry pieces too!

I had a ring that I purchased as a young man that I truly enjoyed wearing; I always saw it as a thing of beauty and over time, it became my talisman. I lost that ring in the Gulf of Mexico many years ago and have often thought about replacing it but had difficulty finding that design. Thanks to the internet, I was recently able to find a picture of the ring exactly, so I took the picture into Creations to see if they could help me. Brian found that specific setting in almost no time. He explained my options for the center gemstone including the possibility of using an inexpensive imitation sapphire, which was what I had as a young man. He ordered both types of stones for me to see and compare the following day. I decided on the more expensive option, but I greatly appreciated his making the inexpensive option clear. Brian was not the only helpful, well-informed staff member; everyone in the shop was engaging and knowledgeable. I'm very happy with the resulting ring and was very happy with how quickly they worked to get it ready for me.

I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to see if there was any possibility of having a sentimental ring repaired before the holidays. I was greeted by the adorable cream cocker spaniel wearing a stunning diamond and pearl necklace- in case anyone forget it's the holidays. The counter representative took my item to ask Alex the repair technician if it was possible. A mere 4 minutes later- my item appeared- repaired and cleaned. Thank you so much for going above and beyond during this busy holiday season. As always - the most knowledgeable, helpful and professional jewelry experience.

Not only is the quality of jewelry amazing, but so is the customer service! My husband purchased my ring from there and I absolutely love it. We have continued to be repeat customers and always leave feeling like they go above and beyond.

I have purchased two Tissot watches from here. Atoussa and Christina are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes it can be intimidating, going into such a beautiful store and looking at some very expensive watches and jewelry, but they were knowledgeable and assisted me with picking my new every day wear watch. They have earned my loyalty and return business when I treat myself to my first Omega.

Me and my fiancé went in to create my dream engagement ring and the whole experience couldn't be more enjoyable! First of all we had a hard budget and didn't want to spend an arm and leg. We asked for lab grown options and everyone there made sure we got top notch service even though we spent about $2800 as apposed to thousands more for a "real" emerald stone. They didn't make us feel like we were cheaper or less of a customer than anyone else like pervious places made us feel. I could not recommend this place enough. Their communication was also flawless and they were just so amazingly nice!

This store really goes the extra mile. Once they know your interests, they’ll keep you up to date on new releases - even by personal texts. Plus special trunk shows and other events. The aftercare is top notch. And their willingness to go the extra mile is appreciated. Plus, you can tell the owner is just a fan. Especially of Omega. Highly recommended.

Google page doesn't have hours of operation anywhere. Got here and it says in big block letters, "CLOSED SUNDAY & MONDAY WE'LL BE BACK". What a waste of space. I will gladly be going to the actual Omega store 37 miles away now. Update your page and find a better location.

My best friend takes all her jewelry there for repair, so I took my bracelet there for a very difficult fix. They did an AMAZING job and had to reconstruct a lot of it but it looks beautiful and brand new! Highly recommend their craftsmen and trust their talent. Thank you!

Big Kudos to Brian and his cohort Sierra in their generous hospitality. I felt so comfortable in Creations Jewelers that I made my first luxury watch purchase. I felt no pressure to buy, and Brian's knowledge on Omega watches was very impressive.
