If I could give negative stars I would! And I love the team at this location! However this experience has been so mind blowing to me I’m actually disgusted! There’s a proper way to talk about weight gain/ weight loss and that was not the case here!! I was blatantly fat shamed and compared to others “tinier” than me the whole 30 mins of the appointment! I left in tears, it was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude! This appointment was just to confirm the results of my test.

Most of the time when I call they are great. A few times there has been major attitude issues. I get that it's early but there's no reason to be rude. The whole calling back everyday is ridiculous. Especially when my son needs to be seen as soon as possible. This is why I usually just take him to the non-emergency center at the hospital to be seen.

This place is terrible! If you want to waist your time, go there. If i could rate it 0 i would! Staff doesn’t communicate with each other or with patients. They are unprofessional. Some doctors and nurses are ok but be careful with the ones that are not. They damaged one of my babys thigh when he had his 6month check up/vaccines. 5 months later he still has a mark and bump

Staff needs to be trained on hospitality and communication skills, they are rude and with no human side.On top of that they don’t communicate with each other, called yesterday for an appointment they told me to call back today at 7:30 am and when I called they said they started at 7 am and were all booked already.With all the important wineries and organizations supporting this clinic they should hire and train better their receptionist.If there were more options I would never go back to Ole.

I have too many experiences that justify this rating to mention here. The supposed owners response to many of these reviews is a joke to a point that's like spitting in our face. I am at risk of being held in contempt of court if I don't get things from the doctor that they could easily and quickly do but will not without an appointment. It has been impossible to get an appointment though now for many months. Each time now again and again and again they straight up tell me there are no appointments in the foreseeable future and to try back again in a few weeks to see if they've been able to fix anything. They refuse to give me a letter or any type of verification that they cannot do their job and that I cannot get help to show that I've been trying and that I've done my part. It is so sad and also unacceptable to see these ratings and reviews from a place and people that we are all counting on so deeply. This Healthcare system is not only broken but out of control. Imagine how the doctors who actually care feel who are stuck in the middle of this. Good luck!

I haven't gone to this clinic since they kicked me out. I feel people should know years ago they diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. The pain I had to endure was unforgettable. All they did was drug me so bad that the medications they put me on turned out to be a cocktail of potential death. Took them almost a year to refer me to a neurologist where that diagnosis stuck. Which ultimately ruined my life because I had to continue to find a new doctor that would listen to me and no one would listen after pressing for years for a MRI scan turned out this whole entire time my spinal cord was being compressed. I had to endure all of this pain this entire time because of being misdiagnosed. If the doctors at Ole health actually cared I wouldn't have had to endure all of this gaslighting abuse and sigma of its all in your head by doctors, family members, freinds. Please listen to your bodies. If you feel there's something more get a second opinion don't let them choose your fate! Also they misdiagnosed my father which turned out he is also suffering with something similar! Be careful with this clinic because all they want to do is take your money and insurance! Most of the doctors there are not really trying to help you!

If I could give a negative zero review I would. Utterly abhorrent medical practitioner with no bedside manner. Not only demeaned and patronized me advocating for my medical issue due to my profession as a performer and instead prescribed aleve. He was not a specialist in anything but rather a specialist in a huge waste of time. I feel terrible for anyone in this community who has no choice but to seek medical attention from this facility. Also, show up early because they clearly have a history of giving away appointments and insisting that it's just too late as other reviewers have mentioned in frustration. For the facility to be aware that this causes unnecessary grief and to not have added changes to their policy is empirical proof that they outright suck.

Not only did he belittle and patronize me defending my medical problem due to my profession as an interpreter and instead he prescribed me aleve. Huge waste of time. Bad service, they don't pay attention to you, the doctor who treated me was only on the phone almost the entire time, they don't even look like doctors, he said I'll be back in a moment because the computer is failing and I won't come back, I just send a nurse to give me some papers what kind of doctors are those.

The staff really seems to care & I had a positive experience here with my provider. She took my concerns seriously & I got the help I needed.
The negative seems to stem from bad tech. I can't access my patient portal b/c it doesn't recognize my patient info (name, birthdate) which is the same info I verify in person at the clinic & works just fine there. I never receive any email alerts or a link to reset my portal password. I signed up to have the office automatically call me when my turn in line was up but I never got a call...just a voice-mail saying I missed my call (My phone never rang & the missed call wasn't in my log, super weird) I was also given a number & extension to call, but whenever I called & entered the extension my call was immediately dropped.
Again, the staff do great but can only do so much. Being short staffed in what I assume is an underfunded facility in post covid times is nothing short of a challenge to say the least. Maybe working out some bugs/kinks in their online systems may make communication a bit more seamless.

Clinic ole would rather you die from pain and high blood pressure than help you with pain. They prescribed me pain medication for 10 years and I got off them on my own. Now 5 years later I'm in more pain than I ever was before and they refuse to give me any medication. I went to hospital 4 days ago and Clinic ole is aware and won't see me for 2 months . ?

Terrible experience. Always busy and staff are always irritated. Showed up 10 minutes late and they canceled my appointment. Ironic since they have a lobby full of people waiting until after their appointment was scheduled just to be seen. There are better options available.
