Wow, when did Office Depot get so expensive? I wanted to pick up some basic office supplies - pens, notebooks, etc. - and got a case of sticker shock. The store is clean and tidy, maybe a little empty but it seemed to be stocked well enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. [Review 17565 overall - 361 in California - 1083 of 2022.]

I have been going here for a year. Each time I have had a great experience. I needed things printed and faxed today and was helped by Jay. Jay has been patient, kind and very helpful every time I've asked for assistance. I know I'll need to return as my current situation requires lots of printing and faxing and I hope Jay is working! Thank you Jay!

Do not use their business center!! I've had 2 bad experiences here. The first was several years back when I had them print some birthday invitations. They came out like crap and the only response I got was "well this is what we have." I haven't returned until now. I needed some papers bound into a book and I thought I'd give them another try. BAD IDEA. I dropped off my project at 5pm and told it would be the first project completed and I could pick up at 11. It wasn't even started until 12:30, making me late turning it in. I'll never return here. Take your business elsewhere!!

This Office Depot is really good at cell phone screen replacement! Also computer services, including bringing a computer back to life after it had died!!!! and failed to start many times. A little coaching, guys & girls:! When you go into the store, look right & left. There is always someone at a cash register. Ask her or him to get someone to help you!! They are understaffed, they are not rude, like most successful businesses in the 21st century!!! Try an Ikea store! I am SO GRATEFUL!!!!! Also, Staples has poor customer service.

Extremely helpful staff. One person that stood out was Jessie. He was extremely professional and assisted us with the task at hand with ease and skill. I will definitely be back again & recommend to others after such a great customer service experience. He has a great personality and is easy very relatable. If the printing department has any success I'm sure it's because of Jessie.

I've been here several times and always find the staff friendly but the service I received tonight was exceptional. Jesse and Lambie helped me print out photos in an unconventional layout. The project was for a gift so I really wanted it to come out perfectly, and they nailed it. Patient, friendly, focused and hard-working. Printouts look even better than I imagined (and certainly better than a drug store machine, which is what I was originally planning on doing).

I have been to this store twice and was so disappointed because of the lack of interest in assisting their customers, I walked out. I used to love this company but I won't be shopping in the Napa store again. From what I saw, the employees are more into socializing amongst themselves rather than assisting customers.

This place is the worst!! There is NEVER enough employees. You can't get assistance and the check out lines are ALWAYS long.

Print shop is not very efficient. If you enjoy waiting, or have plenty of games on your phone to busy yourself with... carry on. And then come back two to three times and do it again, because it wasn't right the first time.

My laptop stopped working last night (couldn't get mouse to move via touchpad). First thing this morning, went to Office Depot, where I had bought the computer 19 months ago, and the kind salesperson in the computers section who looked at my laptop figured out the solution in a few minutes. As he said, "I'm trying to build relationships." Thank you.

Chris and Karly were so very helpful with my printing needs. Great customer service, in a day and age when that is really hard to find. I will bring all of my printing needs to them. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

I have no issues with this location. The staff is always super helpful. They always greet you when you arrive and eager to help you find things. They have a good selection of merchandise and it's clean. What more can you ask for? Good job

Shelves were lacking, lots of empty spaces. Couldn't find the paper I needed so "settled" on competition notebooks for more $ only to be told at check out there is No teacher discount because they were out of " teacher discount cards." I will be taking my business to Staples who gives me 10% year round for my class supplies!

I wish I could put zero stars. This SUCKS! We bough a shoulder rest for a office phone and then they just took it from us! It was one cent, but we have the right to buy it! This is the worst.
