I'm disappointed in Tami P. for being inaccurate in her recommendations for my small business. Staff who were sent to her for signing up as new employees did not get the right paperwork. This has created extra work for me and hardships for them as deductions were not handled properly. Ill take my business elsewhere

Recent calls to this agency have shown few improvements. Parking is still tight & limited here, no restroom for customers, staff aren't friendly or helpful. They decline to assist with completing paperwork & can't answer basic questions without " checking with the owner" who rarely seems to be present & doesn't return calls even though she posts a promise to do so on her website. Tami is rude when you can finally get her attention & she's so defensive she is incapable of fixing issues. I've taken her work to be reviewed by a "REAL TAX EXPERT" & they found it inaccurate, dangerously so! If you want tax problems keep coming here. Otherwise try a CPA who can keep you of IRS audits! Tami won't produce good results for you!

Last year Leolani did an amazing job of preparing my taxes, which was a challenge due to many challenges in my financial situation in 2022. Well, she recently retired but I am confident that her co-workers will provide the same exceptional service as she did.

The team at Nova is amazing. I worked with them for the first time last year and they were extremely helpful. Working closely with them they were able to help save me money and file on time. I would would recommend them to anyone looking to be more efficient in filing taxes.

Their scheduled calls isn’t complicated to set up , but an inconvenience like what happened to just answering phone calls I have to setup an appointment I get it but society is getting so disconnected. The interface is a calendar but seems like everyday is a busy day ?? geez I hear good things but I’ll skip the scheduling maybe they are good but like they seem kinda busy maybe a smaller business and it might be worth a try I haven’t even got my taxes done with them but the calendar turned me off

Nova tax is really great. They care about their customers. I learned of them from my elderly uncle who has used them for a number of years. Knowledgeable, friendly and put the effort to help him get all his paperwork in order. I would go back to them.

Tami Patterson doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. She's hostile & untruthful when her limitations are pointed out. Seems highly unprofessional. Her staff are not well trained or knowledgeable. No one here seems to have actual credentials. A Nampa Idaho address is listed on their website so I'm looking into whether they are operating out of state as well.

Very friendly people who deal well with my cantankerous elderly uncle. They helped him gather all the appropriate documents and were patient and kind to him. Tami seems on top of tax rules and they were prompt and efficient once we got everything gathered. My uncle will continue to use them with my assistance every year. The fees for preparation services seem very reasonable. Give them a try!!

We've been using Nova Tax for the last few years. We've only had good experiences that left us feeling confident that everything was done correctly. The staff is always very kind and welcoming. Tami, the owner, has been phenomenal over the last couple of months as we've had some huge life changes. She's incredibly knowledgeable! She has happily answered all of my questions during every phone call. As long as we continue to file taxes in California, we will continue to use Nova Tax!!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Tami lies about everything. She gave me at least 10 dates when she would be done with my taxes and has never finished them. I do not trust her and the one time she did my taxes, the IRS gave me a huge refund because she did them wrong. The security of this business is non-existent as is the integrity of the owner. I stand by what I said. She lied over and over again. I tried supporting a local, minority-owned business so I made many allowances in an effort to be helpful. I say steer clear of this place!

Great place to get your taxes done. I highly recommend. Tami was so personable and really helped to ease my anxiety as a recently retired filer. Will definitely use this service again.

I used Nova Tax this past tax season and had a wonderful experience. Cindy was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgable and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back next year.
