  The owner has retired. I called 2/2023 and they are not taking new clients. I'm still looking for a furniture repair person.

  What a great work! Although it's been a few years now, I had a piece of furniture repaired it was kinda a hard piece to match stain to however it was restored/repaired quite beautifully. I'm looking at taking a second piece to be repaired/restored very soon, and feel very confident I will have the same positive experience I've had in the past. I've read a few reviews about time it took to complete work, and all I can say is sometimes when there are very few companies with the workmanship such as the owner holds, demand for those skills is high, which unfortunately makes the wait a little longer, but so worth the wait and the wait is usually minimal. Sure there are other companies, but surely not with the amount of care and workmanship you will find at New Dimensions.

  Sorry to write this but I felt obligated to others that follow looking for wood furniture work. In March we gave our hope chest to be refinished. This is work that should take a week or two at most. No communication when we tried calling. Finally in late April the chest was striped and ready for new stain. We gave a drawer for the stain to be matched. After weeks of delay and excuses the hope chest was delivered. However it was not the color requested and it had animal paw prints in the stained wood. It took another month to get it done. March to late June is unreasonable time frame for a simple job as this. Be ware.
