Not very reliable AMD you can't leave a message to try to get your service restored because their voicemail boxes are full. I would try another service provider if there was one.

Napanet has sol8d fixed wireless internet for homes and businesses particularly those located in the hills of the Valley and areas that can't get fast internet from the telecos and cable company.

Reliable and fast home internet for myself and family, especially when we need it working/ attending school from home. Straight forward and reasonable pricing with super nice staff. Overall best service provider in the area!I previously lived in a rural area so I didn’t have many options but I had to change providers multiple times until I signed up with Napanet. Since moving closer to the heart of town, I have more options but wouldn’t want any other company because of how much I enjoy these guys.

VERY SLOW -- They are lucky to be the monopoly service provider in rural areas. If it is a rainy day, expect to be disconnected every 5 minutes. And if you have a technical problem (happens often) expect to leave a phone message only to wait all day for them to tell you 'Try turning it off and on again' Or 'You might need a new router'.

We tried to give business to the local companies and for being new customers our first bad experience started with the installation process. They have bad customer communications, after waiting the whole day for them, i spoke to the technician and when i expressed my concerns he reacted with bad attitude. We had to finish the work ourselves.

I usually don't write reviews but I can't let this excellent service go unnoticed. Internet speeds are awesome. The customer service exceeds any other provider. The technicians have actually worked additional hours and weekends just to accommodate my schedule. I will continue to support this local business. Thanks to all at Napanet!

We live in Carneros, so internet options are limited. We have had NAPANET for years. We have had very little issues.

Works well in the Coombville area, I get any where between 30-60 Mbps down. I have little to no service interruptions other than major power outages. I can stream and game on multiple devices and even works with up to 5 people.

Worst internet company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Service barely works. Will not work for more than one person. The screw up on their billing so offten and then try to charge you a lump sum for their mess up down the road. And when they do fix their internet it craps out the next day. Internet outages are so common i have gone days without usable internet or no internet and get the same responce about the tower going down.
