I recently visited Extra space storage to settle some issues and payment. The site manager named Jax assisted me.She was really friendly and professional in handling issues.She's awesome and very genuine to help. Thanks Jax!

Booked everything online & was super easy I lost my key to my lock so they had to cut the lock, super fast process after showing ID & signing a form. They offered to sell me a lock or bring my own 10/10
