The place is not kept up at all!.very neglectedI don't mind a no frills motel but for $240. This is a jokeI could overlook one of two of these things but at this price, come on!The sink was cloggedThe hot water only dribbled out of the tapThe front desk person had no access to even a plunger.They arrived to the room with a straw from Starbucks to unclog the sink. Not their fault,they tried they're best.The safe was brokenThere elevator only worked in 1 directionThe ice machine was brokenOnly 1 bar of soapNot enough TPThe box of tissues had 5 crumpled up pieces of tissues and toilet paper jammed in itOnly thing this place has going for it ,is it was in a good location for the event we were going to and there's parking

My Fiancée and I came here for a one night stay and the service was amazing! The staff was extremely nice, the hotel is in the middle of Downtown Napa. We went to a local shops and restaurants and it was definitely an experience! Definitely check them out!

Stay away from this hotel. A complete scam. They refused to return my $150.00 deposit because they said there was a broken lamp in the room, which is a complete lie. It took them 31 days to come up with that excuse. It took me five attempts to get them to respond to my concern, and the best they could come up with is a lamp excuse. There is no way this seedy hotel puts $150.00 lamps in their rooms. A complete disappointing experience with this hotel that thrives on ripping people off. You've been warned.

Very basic, but clean. Great location!! Parking lot fills up and non-handicapped patrons use the handicapped spot, but there is another parking lot across the street. Overall great value for Napa. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for friends and family visiting.

The room was clean, the bed ? was comfortable and it was a great location. The only thing I didn't like is they charged me a $50.00 fee. I'm still waiting for the fee to return to my account. I have a friend in a memory care center who I will return to see. I will stay here again.

Check in and check folks were nice and efficient. Parking is a little tight. Beds goods. Tub little slippery. Elevator okay. Stairwell lousy. Room amenities as expected. Lots of towels.Safety: Up to date door locks.

Great location, but stay elsewhere next time. Day desk employee was very nice. It's clean, but rooms and parking are very tight. Worst part is you can hear every conversation amongst property. Walls paper thin. Will stay at Archer Hotel nearby which we founf was very nice including Skyview Bar for only 30% more.Nearby activities: Central located for theatre, restaurants, and bars.Safety: Enclosed area for rooms and vehicles.Walkability: Only blocks away from everything.

What more is there to say other than this is a cheap motel in the middle of Napa. No frills. Not bad. But definitely not good either.

Nice location to be able to walk around downtown Napa. Front desk staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Not a lot of parking within the hotel lot, but there are free lots and street parking around (just be mindful of time limits). Quiet most of the time -- there were some instances of people talking near our room which you could hear pretty clearly, but overall not a huge issue. There is an elevator. Make sure to ask for the wifi or take a picture of it in the lobby, as there was no information about it in the room and the room phone didn't work.

Right in the center of downtown Napa.Great Front Desk service!The room looked like there was a real effort to make it look upscale.BUT:The tub wasn't very clean. My Friend had to clear it a bit.If there was a mini fridge and micriwave, it would be faif for the $.

Got here at nearly 4 pm and the room wasn’t cleaned to check into yet. I had to sit there in the hot lobby with no restroom for well over an hour. Also, there is only a few parking spaces in their tiny lot so be prepared to find parking somewhere else and walk….it’s best to just pay a bit more and stay somewhere else. Customer service here is sub-par. Room is nothing special. Some gross mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, but it appears and smells mostly clean.

Stayed three nights at this hotel. The location of hotel was close to several restaurants and shops. Gary, the hotel manager, was friendly, helpful, and full of life (10/10 recommend Gary). Do not let the bad reviews deter you from this Gem of a hotel. Not the fanciest hotel in Napa, but better than expected for the price. Thank you to Gary and all of the wonderful staff.

The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. We have stayed approximately 4 times. It is walkable to all of our favorite tasting rooms and dining spots. We will definitely be back.Nearby activities: Plenty of dining, wine tasting and shopping within walking distance.Walkability: This little gem is walkable to everything downtown.
