Andrew is the most unprofessional business man ever. I put a deposit down on a dresser after we agreed on how the dresser would be done with a specific hardware and color. We went next door to the paint shop and picked the color out. He told me the dresser was done a few days later, and wanted to drop it off. I said I would have someone pick up, after not wanting him at my house due to lewd behavior from him. I asked for photos of the dresser 3 different times, before he cancelled my transaction. He cancels, sends me a photo of the dresser which he did not finish as we agreed then blocked me. In the end, I'm thankful I dodged a bullet with this guy. Find somewhere else more professional to do business with.

ANDREW PINELLI AND THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. Drove 35 minutes to go pick up a Golden Gate Bridge Canvas after confirming with him twice the appointment time on Facebook messenger. Arrived there 8:47am and waited until 9:30am. He didn't show up he didn't respond to my messages at all.

They need to get there Schedule changed I Drove 30 mins just to go here for them to say closed. when online said was open tried to call no answer but said on the wall they open at 4? online saids 11-3 get it together Napa valley furniture.

Had a great experience with the owner Andrew he is very passionate about his repurposed furniture. He has really good sales on items that are used lightly and he enjoys painting the real wood dressers to save our planet as their made better than the new furniture that's made of pressed wood. We purchased a nice coffee table for my daughter for 30 dollars. I have a new place to go when I need some nice furniture at an affordable price.

He brought in my gorgeous dresser and night stand for me and took out my old desk and took it off my hands! Very quick, professional and very friendly! I will definitely be using them again for my furniture needs!

Do not give him your money upfront before getting your product. I gave Andrew $540 for a table that he never delivered. I had to threaten court before he told me he was not going to deliver the table and that he could pay me back but didn't have my money right then. I drove by the store a few days later on my way to the gym and guess what he was selling the table again. This guy is a crook

Very responsive and opened early to let us see a table we were interested in. Great prices and customer service. We even found a perfect couch while picking up the table! Highly recommend this business! Telling everyone we know about them!

The staff was very accommodating, nice, and have great customer service. I had bought a dresser for my new apartment and had free delivery. Unfortunately I was never told about a hit that was in the back of the dresser and didn't notice until a couple hours later when we were ready to move it from where it was dropped off. Included is a photo of it. Everything was great just double check the item before he leaves.
