Wow !!! I can't say enough about the knowledge and service that I received form Michele at Napa Tax. I have been in business for 35 years and my CPA retired and left me high and dry without notice. Michele picked up and took off without a glitch. Wish I would have found her years ago ! Seriously the Best !! Thank you !

When a new client is invited to inquire about services by the receptionist, about taking new clients by the Napa Tax Co., it would be professional if the response afterward were respectful, and helpful. I cannot recommend this company based on our communication with Michele Brambrink. It was rude and unprofessional. I hope this helps the company to reconsider how every inquiry is handled.

Marcus has helped me now with taxes for two seasons. I'm a small business owner and admittedly have no idea what I was doing trying to file myself! Marcus is delightedly straight forward and patient in explaining the tax process. I feel as if he always has my best interest in mind. His office has also been exceptionally responsive especially when I needed my return expedited to handle a time-sensitive financial matter. Him and his staff are worth every penny. I am a new business owner and Marcus guided me not only with my taxes, he helped with business planning and my financial goals also. I was nervous to take the leap and start my own company, but Marcus helped me stay organized and was always there to answer any questions. He is very straight to he point and easy to understand. This is my 1st year I have needed a tax service in the last ten years. I chose Napa Tax randomly from Google knowing that I could easily park my big truck at Napa Tax. I experience a friendly atmosphere with knowledgeable staff and my taxes were presented in a very nice package. If I need help with taxes in the future I won't hesitate to call Napa Tax.
