Sign says $2 for four minutes on the vacuum, but when I swiped my card for $2 they charged me $5 and gave me four minutes

Update: owner called and addressed issue. Note to others you have to physically push a stop button or it will keep charging with tap to pay hitting the default max like I did. Used tap to pay in a stall for a single wash/rinse cycle. The charge should have been around $5, but it was $24.50. Have called twice now with no return call. I have used this facility for years but only with coins, the first time trying tap to pay.

Plenty of room in the stalls, reasonable pricing. Area to vacuum and dry your car or you can use the new hot air dry feature.

I can't find a good, quality hand car wash service in Napa. I refuse to put my car through a machine wash. I can't find a reliable mobile car wash service that will come to my home just to do a basic car wash, vacuum the interior, wipe the dash board & windows. Most mobile services I spoke to will only come to your home if you have your car detailed. One company wouldn't come out because I only wanted service on a single car.So, I decided to go to Napa Self Service to power wash & soap my car ONLY. NSS offers other washing services like waxing & other stuff. I don't buy any of their additional services. I will wax/polish & clean the interior of my car at home. If you just soap & power spray your car, it will cost you less than $10. I plan to use NSS every other month to keep my car looking decent. And, I will have my car professionally detailed once a year. I find this works for me.My first visit to NSS today, it appeared to me this place DOESN'T have an employee to oversee operations. So, if you have a problem with their equipment or the order/pay machine, there's NO employee to assist you? You're just outta luck, I guess. Also, I pre-read reviews of NSS & found complaints by a few people who was overcharged when using their credit card. So today, I simply brought a lot of quarters & did not use my credit card.I will continue to use NSS until I find an acceptable hand car wash service in Napa. Remember! Bring your quarters! ?
