I purchased an expensive pair of Hoka Clifton and the sole started to delaminate within hours of wear. Dropped the shoes off at the store for some kind of response and they just sat there for a couple months. They didn’t even offer a tube of glue to fix it myself. Very unhappy with the shoe quality and the store service.

Don't waste your time in this store. The workers are barely interested in helping with shoe selection and getting you the right size etc. Nothing special about their prices or selection, every shoe I asked about was not available in my size (6.5 / 7). Almost felt like a pretty woman movie shopping experience. I'll spend my dollars someplace that at least pretends they want to make a sale or have customer service.

Helpful pleasant staff. After explaining my specific needs, I was recommended 3 shoes that may suit my needs. Two were contenders and after selecting 1 the staff made sure I left with the perfect size. The attention given to my needs was so very appreciated. I’ll be back for my next pair of shoes.

The owner seems nice enough and knowledgeable but their return policy (or lack thereof) is my reason for 1 star. Just know before you buy: exchange or store credit ONLY within 14 days. Regardless of whether they were worn or not. Buyers remorse for a $175 bill? Too bad! And the owner said "it's on the receipt" well.. yeah but the receipt that was placed in my box AFTER I had made the purchase. Poor business model.

I like this store because they allow you to try the sneakers and return them if you are not happy. In addition they have a few great team members such as Jesus who was really knowledgeable about the structure of the shoe, and the needs I came in with. He had me to try on so many shoes until we found what I hope to be the perfect pair of running shoes for me.Cons would just be that they do not do returns, only exchange. But you can always take the credit and come back if theirs nothing that works for you. And they do price match.

Why would they have so much “active-fashion” and “ath-leisure” clothes at a running store? They know their clientele I suppose. I, however, was disappointed when I came looking for traditional running clothes. They do have a good to great selection of running shoes (road and trail) for the size of the store. They maximize space with shoe boxes neatly stacked under clothes, which I appreciated. They have a little bookshelf stocked with a selection of nutrition/electrolytes, sunscreen, and balms.

You guys, honestly, I owe this sports clothing store five-star reviews for a long time...this is one of my favorite local stores. They care about some cool, trendy, and great quality brands and their newest models of brands like Nike, Patagonia, Hoka, Brooks, on, etc. The girls today were accommodating and helpful in picking the right tennis shoes and shorts for my running practice. Whether you are visiting from out of town and are a local, this a store you want to check out and support.

I've been in this store 2 times. I will never go back again. First time the employee was more interested in his newspaper than selling $140 shoes. Today I could not tell who worked there, the only person who acknowledged me was someone trying on shoes? Out of the 5 people in the store, I think 3 were employees, there was zero interest in helping at all.
