Alyssa's great customer service, are you kidding me? Maybe it is that I'm not a new customer but with me she was a complete jerk. The story is long, it has several parts., so here I will say this: when I went in the office Alyssa was with a young man, he was sitting in the one chair across her. So she had me standing there while I'm trying to carry my business. After a while I realized he wasn't another customer but someone related to her. He didn't talk or move., towards the end he got up, walked to the back, seeming bothered and bored, he burped and disappeared. That was the intro.

After only a couple of months of renting the company increased my rates astronomically! Can’t move my stuff because I’m across the country. Should have locked into a year long agreement…live and learn. Beware!
