Absolutely the best and kindest people I've ever met. I was having a very hard time finding a place that would work on my car and once I got on call with the owner, Tod, he told me to just bring it in the next day. It was truly such a relief that he actually took in my car. Once I brought it in they told me about what could possibly be happening to my car and gave me an estimate. I was shocked by how cheap the estimate was after hearing from other body places that it would probably be too costly and take too much time. I dropped it off for the day and came back ready to pay the estimate and they told me it was not a big deal and that it was free. I could not believe it. I am super thankful for Tod and his team for at least taking a look at my car after so many different places shut me down. Can't wait to come back for a check up

What a mess!!! I understand supply chain and labor issues are a real thing post COVID but this place is an organizational disaster. I scheduled my car to be repaired with an appraiser. The date I was supposed to bring it in, they hadn't even put me on the books. I was offered some lame excuse and rescheduled about a month later. I called a week ago and they still had trouble finding me in their records but ultimately confirmed me Bringing my car in for next Monday. I called again today to confirm we are still on and was told that they can't fit me in and I should look for another shop! They already have been paid by my insurance and it's been about 3 months and my car hasn't been fixed. This place is a disaster and I have zero confidence that they can organize themselves or provide quality work.

I had a couple of chips in my paint above my windshield that led to some small rust spots and bubbling paint. Todd was awesome! He gave me a financially reasonable quote rather than encouraging me to repaint the entire roof. He was honest and fair which made me feel comfortable. He cleaned up the rust and patched the paint. Turned out great! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Todd and Napa Collision Center!

Great experience with them, took car in for minor front end damage and got it back in 2 days. When I picked car up it was detailed, good as new body, and invoice was detailed and easy to read. No surprises and didn't try to convince me to do more than necessary. Would recommend to anyone in Napa! Easy as it gets.

Wow! Talk about great customer service, they had me in and out extremely fast. No up sales or price gouging form this shop. They made the whole process so pain free and as less stressful as possible. I plan on taking more of my vehicles to their shop in the near future. Thank you again guys!

Napa Collision is a Rideshare Certified Center for Uber and Lyft drivers. They did an amazing job on one of our Lyft drivers vehicle. Together we provided McKenna with a Free Lyft Approved Rental and got her back on the road the same day!! Amazing Job Guys!!!
