I hate posting a good review for him because he’s already booked solid and then I have to wait even longer but Andy is consistently the best auto mechanic in Napa! Honest and hard working, won’t stand around and chat needlessly because he’s too busy getting the job done.

They are always great guys honest and trustworthy who do a great job but because they have such a great reputation they get backed up in less you don’t book your car in advance. I bought my Toyota 2011 Corolla when it was 3 yrs old and was paying to much for service at the dealership, Andy and his crew have kept it going since then and my car is paid off and have taught me everything I need to know about cars and now they are teaching my 16 yr old about his first car. My mom and I got rear ended while visiting Napa and a lovely man at this shop took off the piece of bumper that was hanging down. He wouldn't accept any money and was so nice! Please use this shop and reward good people!

Best place to take your car for repair! This is the only place I will go for any type of repair. Andy is so friendly and honest. I feel like I can actually trust them and not feel like I'm getting ripped off!

Andy and David where extremely helpful when i was in need! I showed up close to closing time with a flat and without a hitch they jumped into action and helped with the tire repair and git me back on the road! Phenomenal experience and customer service im definitely coming back!

Had an appointment today then was told by the technician that they couldn’t do the work because they are backed up. Why in the hell would you make an appointment if you weren’t gonna be able to do the work?

Great service from a very gracious team! Very timely and efficient team. Had my truck towed to the shop and left them with little info and they got the job done very well and quickly. They were also very considerate of the times that we live now(The world of COVID) and helped as much as they could. Definitely my new go to shop for future services.

I had body lift kit and a suspension kit that i bought from an after market seller and the hard working mechanics at Napa Auto Service were glad to help me install them. They were the only place I could find in napa that would do so. They finished in reasonable time and the price was exactly as estimated. I'm very happy with my choice of going to them for service and I will definitely continue to do so in the future.
