I visited the Napa store in May 2024 and couldn't be more happy with my total experience. The experience in store was great - they have so many cute things! I was really sad when I got home and realized I bought the wrong size Napa sweatshirt (highly recommend btw). I contacted the store via email and we agreed I would send mine back and they would send me the correct size. It was so seamless and my new sweatshirt came very fast to me in NJ.

Every time I walk into this store (which has been about 4 times), the greeting is cold. Sales team is basically rude and really don’t give a Fu…if you buy or not. Not helpful at all.
Shame shame. You ruin the whole experience by just not caring. Your owner has good taste in clothing and merchandise but poor taste in hiring.
Trust me I have managed retail fashion stores so I come from the industry.

On March 13th (yesterday) early evening, I saw a sweat shirt that is similar to what I have been looking for when I was walking by, and my husband and I walked in. The young lady sitting at the register looked at us with resting bitch face, but didn't greet us. I watched how she treated other customers too, but she didn't even thank the customers who purchased clothes. We ended up leaving the store without buying any. I have no interest in helping businesses that are run by rude people.

I have been going to Miyamo for over 20 years. Becky, the owner, is not only an amazing human, but she has fashion sass. Great clothes at a really reasonable price is all you'll find in her boutique. And as so many shops and business' come and go in this valley, she has remained. I sincerely believe it's cuz she's the bees knees. But also because she offers current, adorable, affordable items at a fraction the cost you might find elsewhere. There are always smiling and great staff to welcome and assist you in anyway needed. Makes shopping their super fun. I should know, I've been an avid, happy customer for more then two decades. I highly recommend everyone shop at Miyamo! Give it a whirl!

BUYER BEWARE! I wanted to exchange a necklace that I bought for my daughter for her birthday. It was not even opened. The clerk tells me all jewelry sales are FINAL. "It says so on the receipt" she tells me. Hmmm, I was interested in exchanging it and probably spending more money. I'm a local and I've always liked this store. Clearly, they are not versed in customer service. Many places to shop in Napa. This one just got dropped from my list or recommendations to friends.

We walked into Miyamo today (3/24/21) and the woman clerk was so rude to us that we looked around for 1 minute and left. When we walked in the door she asked, "Are you looking for something in particular?", to which we answered, "no we're just looking." She said nothing back and then just ignored us as if we weren't even there. Super short with us and rude. Not a way to run a business!!

Stopped by this cute boutique while visiting family in Napa. So many cute shirts and dresses, as well as jeans and accessories. The young lady working was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I came in to the Napa location today with high hopes after the Davis location had shut down. Unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. The two gals working did not pay any attention to a single person in the shop. Mind you there was about 6 people in this tiny boutique. The employees were talking to each other the whole entire time. Both of these gals paid no mind to anyone in this shop. Didn't ask for help, say hello, assist anyone. It was just gossip. I walked around this shop for about 15 minutes looking at the clothes until I could not stand the gossip. For shoppers, it makes their customers uncomfortable. A boutique should be somewhere where a customer can feel good while walking out. These two girls could have made a sale for the owner, instead they left me feeling bad and I'm sure other guests. I feel with small business, this was all wrong. If customer service is like this, it won't be long until this store ends up like the Davis location and shuts down. I will not be back. Shop 12 is such a better store and the gal working there was so nice.

I love the clothes, accessories, and candles in the store but the customer service is usually so bad. :( Went to the store to grab two bralettes yesterday and sat at the door for over 20 minutes waiting for whoever was working to "be back soon" then ended up leaving. Then went in today and was not greeted when I came in, the girl that was working did not seem like she wanted to help at all, and after i spent money and said thank you the girl replied "mhmm". It sucks going in to a local store and feeling like such a bother! Where is the customer service at

Super cute styles at relatively affordable prices. Excellent customer service with a great eye for fashion-- she knew exactly what I was looking for without having to go into too much detail. I would absolutely recommend.
