I came to them because my car was rear ended in an accident. I decided to get some more things repaired by them out of my personal account. The team took very good care of my car and me. They not only repaired the parts I signed for, but they performed a detailed cleaning inside and out. I would highly recommend you get your car repaired with them. Staff were friendly from start to end.

Wow! Such a great experience! Nino was so helpful and so was the receptionist! My car had a rear bumper accident. It I got it back with the entire vehicle looking better than when I dropped it off! Amazing communication, service, so impressed! HIGHLY recommend.

I rarely require the need for auto body shop services. And, when I need to have body work done to my car, it is as PLEASANT as visiting my DENTIST. I just had body damage work performed on my car by Crash Champions. Crash Champions totally changed my views about auto body work because the service they provided me was OUTSTANDING. By accident, I discovered CC as a same day walk-in, no appointment necessary just for an estimate. Their trained professional estimator, Colin, provided me with an estimate in less than a half hour. Completing their service agreement paperwork was fast. I walked away that day with an appointment to have my car restored by CC the following week. CC IMMEDIATELY worked directly with my insurance company to coordinate the work. I was NOT bothered ONCE during this approval process by CC and my insurance company. The next week, Monday, I dropped my car off to start service. Colin helped me get my rental car for the week. CC called me that Wednesday to update me on their progress. The next day, Thursday, Colin called to tell me they were already finished ( the original estimated completion date was that following Monday) & I was able to pick up my car that evening. Colin took possession of my rental car & arranged its return to the rental company. My restoration work took CC just 4 days to complete & they ONLY contacted me ONCE during the ENTIRE process. CC made my body restoration work QUITE EFFICIENT & HASSLE-FREE. The CC Team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, focused on customer service, & their facility was beautiful. Their office was as comfortable & tasteful as my doctor's office/waiting room. CC is NOT your typical body repair shop. CC is best described as auto body restoration professionals. CC spoiled me & changed my impression about body repair shops. CC totally blew me away with their efficient & EXCELLENT work on my car. CC even washed/cleaned my car!! Thank you so much, Colin, Daisy, & the ENTIRE CC Team. You ALL did a FANTASTIC JOB! ??

I cannot say enough good things about Crash Champions (formerly Mike's Auto Body) and Donald Garcia. They are awesome! Hopefully you won't need to use them, but if you have any kind of auto issue they are the best!

I highly recommend Crash Champions. I went there for my mirror that was taken off in a hit and run and my door pushed in. Unfortunately insurance wouldn't cover it so it was self pay. I went to three different body shops for quotes and this one was slightly more then the cheapest one but was only a few weeks out. Jordy was very helpful in finding me an affordable mirror which is insanely appreciated Things did get delayed with the arrival of my mirror but Jordy and Daisy were always so friendly and helpful whenever I called to check on its status. Once the mirror came in we got my car right in and they did a two day turnaround on it and it looks great.

I was hit a few weeks ago. The guys insurance company works with this place for repair estimates. I called for 3 damn days and got nothing but a recording that stated " We are not receiving calls at this time". "please try again later"? Well I guess, like everywhere else, they don't have staffing...BUT..if you own a business, SOMEONE should answer even if to tell you they're booked up! Poor customer service in my opinion. I'm going to Caliber Collision. At least they called ne back. PS....If I could give no stars I would.

My experience with crash champions in Napa was excellent the front dusk lady was very helpful and bilingual she was able to give my perants a good run down on how the work process was going to go considering they only speaks Spanish and the estimater did a great job keeping us updated. My dad was recommended this shop by a friend of his from work and he is super glad he chose this shop.Nothing nagative to say about this shop! Excellent work!Services: Painting
