Farm has always been wonderful....and I was very excited to try it now under the guidance of executive chef Chris Bianco. I have been a huge fan of the master of wood fire pizza himself since his beginnings in Phoenix. Unfortunately both pizzas we had were undercooked!! Hard to imagine! Maybe the oven wasn't hot enough but I don't think there is any excuse, so we were disappointed to say the least. The osso buco and tagliatelle shrimp were delicious though & desserts excellent! Glad we went & we will go back again maybe later when the oven is at the right temperature!! ?

We had such an amazing experience at Farm in January. When dined there yesterday, we had made a reservation specifically for outdoor dining but when we arrived we were told there was no more availability outdoors would we eat indoors. We said okay. We ordered our cocktails. The sparkling wine came immediately but the martini took a while to receive. For dinner hubby had Osso bocco with Brussels sprouts and I ordered the calamari, shrimp, mini crab cakes with shishito peepers, giant meatball and sweet potatoes. The Oso bocco was dry and stringy. The shrimp, calamari, mini crab cakes and shishito peppers was okay. Peppers were good but the seafood was not very warm and the batter used was not light or tasty. The giant Meatball was way too salty. Sweet potatoes were okay not crispy. For dessert we had the banana, waffle, ice cream and caramelized macadamia nut. It was mainly 2 cold waffles cut up with scant caramelized bananas and macadamia nuts. The ice cream was the size of a cookie scoop Such a different experience, especially regarding the food quality. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. Not sure we will go back.

We were so looking forward to this restaurant, sadly the appetizers were so awful, we decided to finish our drinks and leave without ordering dinners. Such a shame because the place is beautiful! We didn't complain to the waitress about the food, though we should have so they would have taken it off of our bill, being that everything was so expensive.

Amazing ambience, good food. The one thing missing was service. They were severely understaffed. No fault to our server, as he was doing his best to keep up. They have great music during the weekdays. We'll return soon.

Took forever to get a cocktail and appetizer. Miso Frito shrimp way over cooked and rubbery, "crabcake" was cold and uncooked, scallops were overcooked, rubbery and uneatable, Osso Buco was dry and tough, sorbet was delicious. Wine by the glass selection was mediocre and over-priced; the list should be full of Carneros wines. After all there are at least 6 wineries within walking distance. After a long (±30 minutes) between cocktail, we were told that "a 12 top was seated the same time as you, and the kitchen is overwhelmed". What does that mean? Don't you have a schedule of reservations? This is unacceptable. Our waiter was very unattentive during the 3 hours we waited, water girl was very attentive. If this had been my first visit, I would not return. I may not anyway. Ambiance = airport hotel

Much of our dinner at the Farm was very good, the server for our table had a wonderful attitude and did all she could to make our meal very nice. Unfortunately when the meals were delivered there was a huge gap as the plates were delivered. At one point four of our party were just waiting to eat as the fifth plate continued to be missing. I finally had to ask where the missing dish was and our server ran and found it. As a result the manager, without being asked, did take that entree off the bill. However that was a really an unacceptable hiccup to our experience. Eating out is quite expensive and in Napa there are so many great restaurants to choose from. I always maintain that service is at least 50% of the overall experience and unfortunately The Farm did not deliver last night. Our overall experience for dinner was good, but not as great as it should have been.

Perfect experience! Love the concept of sharing numerous plates at the table. Brandt beef was tender and juicy. Grits had just the right amount of spice. Waffles were the best ever!! My only regret is that I no longer live in CA and thus can't become a regular. Job well done, Chef and team!

Food was average, ribeye tasted and looked like smoked pork tenderloin. Service was decent though a little slow. Value was low, no way that that food should be $165 per person. It looked like caviar and wine pairings were included in price, however, they turned out to be additions to price. We added wine pairing but not caviar. No way this meal was worth over $550 for 2 people. I've eaten at Michelin star restaurants that didn't cost that much.

We ordered caviar but why was it served with regular spoon and not the pearl spoon? Wine pairing - we used the same glass throughout the course (whether pairing w white or red). No explanation why it was best paired w the meal/courses. And why aren't they changing our wine glasses? Main course - steak came out cold & chewy. Very hard like it sat in the kitchen for hours Scallops were small and somehow had very sweet taste in them (than usual/normal) Dessert - we had to remind them that they forgot the wine pairing (dessert wine) to go with our meal/dessert as we ordered “wine pairing”. Well at least this time they served w a different glass Service - our reservation was at 6:45 but got out of there at 10pm. The wait between our appetizer to the next course was at least 45-to an hour long w/o anyone checking up on us. The wine came before the meal and just sat there. People who dined in/came in an hour from the time we sat somehow were getting their meals before we were. There were a few tables/diners that were there when we arrived who were also still waiting for their food. receptionist - as we were leaving and noticed we were taking selfies, he came out and offered to take our pictures (he was very nice) Water service- the lady always made sure we had enough water throughout the night and even offered us another round of bread and butter (also took lovely picture of us while dinning)

We dined here for Valentine's Day, so it was a 5 course Prix fixe menu, $165 per person. The CAVIAR & ROSE OYSTERS were very flavorful. The BEETROOT CANNOLI was exceptional. The TAGALATELLE AND MEATBALL was good, but there was an off putting flavor we didn't recognize in the meatball. The DRY AGED BRANDT RIBEYE was misleading. There were 3 slices of a ribeye, nowhere near a full steak. The SEARED DIVER SCALLOPS were very good. Both of the main courses were small, and served on massive plates, which made the portions appear even smaller. The PASSIONFRUIT CARAMEL CHEESECAKE was just ok. While the cheesecake was good, the caramel mousse tasted burnt and completely dissolved in your mouth so fast it reminded us of cotton candy, so that was very disappointing. The staff wrote in a 20% gratuity, so after 2 beverages and tip the bill was $489. This was in no way worth that kind of money.

I must say it's been awhile since we have been there. We love the remodel and the new menu. No surprise. We especially love Solange. She has taken care of us since Farm opened.

Came here for brunch and had the most wonderful experience!! The food was delicious!! Everything we ordered hits the spot perfectly!! The service was great as well, River, our server, was attentive and friendly. In fact everyone - starting from the main door - they greet you with warmth and smiles. I recommend this place to everyone.

We started with the meatball as an appetizer and must say- it was probably the best meatball I've ever tasted. My wife had the trout and was VERY happy with it. I had the scallops which were cooked perfectly but were definitely on the cool side by the time they came to the table. Definitely not the best scallops I've ever had and the combination of textures was actually kind of off putting. Service was on the slow side but the ambience is excellent.

We were charged $300 for a Porterhouse on the specials menu but price was never disclosed. Was way out of line with the rest of the menu pricing which is reasonably priced . Very deceitful
