This place takes thier phone off the hook so you can't call to ask any quiestions. WHO DIEA THAT? I know lazy employees! UNACCEPTABLE!!

So much potential unrealized here. Great location great little store but you can’t seem to maintain your pumps in proper working order. It’s exceedingly frustrating, especially during a pandemic, to have to go inside your store and wait in line for a receipt that the pump is supposed to print out just so you can get your car wash code. You know this is an ongoing problem because your staff gets really tired of hearing about it from the customer who complain regularly. Think about spending some of that profit to provide better customer service.

the lady with the bun is very nice and helpful and clean. went in there when a young female worker was there in the am and she was clearly very annoyed, dangerously overweight, both her and the younger guy, and the bathroom was out of order, i d not be surprised if she did it but she blamed it on someone else. Get a grip, call the plumber, retain ladies and guys who keep the bathroom spotless like before.

Come on guys! Maybe you can spend some of that profit you're earning and maintain your pumps properly. It's increasingly frustrating, especially during a pandemic, do have to go inside your store and wait in a line just to get a receipt that the pump is supposed to print out. Going to have to find another place to do business

It's like they never even heard of covid in there. Employee tonight wasn't wearing a mask. I'm now sick to my core that I sent my mom in there to ask for help. The gas pump locked up. I've already made 3 calls to our local covid tip hotline about these guys and nothing's being done. I'm never going here again. Not even if it was the last stop and go shop on earth.

This Shell owned gas station provides gas & the option of a carwash. My first annoyance is that recently you have to go into the store to obtain your carwash code! In a time where I am trying my best to LIMIT my trips in anywhere, they make you go in to get the code. So, the other day I passed on getting gas and went straight to the carwash. I paid with a credit card and pressed the button to get a receipt. None was provided, so no proof of purchase of the $13 car wash I purchased. The car wash is bad. It has been for a long time. The initial dose of soap does not reach the car and what does dribble out is next to nothing. So it goes through all the phases and the moment the green lights come on, the fans start running, but there's still various fluids being applied to the car! By the time you finish getting rinsed a full 45 seconds of the 3 minute drying process have ticked away! This last time I left and my car was still mostly wet. Very well. The side mirrors, the hood and back bumper. Wet, and still dirty. As was the rear window of my SUV. So I send an email detailing the issues with their car was and get a Thanks for letting us know reply. I sent photos of how dirty my car still was and after a couple of days get a new code to use again in their worthless carwash! They need to FIX the carwash!! Reset the timing and improve how products are applied to the cars that use the carwash!

We shop here often for snacks as we get gas there. We came at 8:30pm on friday Oct.2. Neither attendant had their masks on their face. The male was eating with his fingers into his mouth(maybe nachos?). Was not a safe sterile environment. We drove away without even going into the store.

I have been a customer for many years. In that time I have obtained a car wash card and have been doing business for sometime. That being stated I will NEVER EVER SHOP or get Fuel there again. Napa Ca. I was stunned today 6/29/20 Employees had no mask on no gloves and many customers had zero protection on and no social distance was observed. We are in a dire time and your company failed in so many ways, I'm sure this will not reach the public but I will post on social media asap. The store is dirty no paper for receipts ever. This station is a sad mess. GOOD BYE

Staff and store are excellent, but if you get a car wash every time you fill up, don't come here. The gas pump printers don't work and haven't for some time. You have to go into store for receipt with car wash code. This may seem like a small thing, but who wants to go stand in line to ask for receipt, especially since the complaints are abundant and owners refuse to fix problem.
