Not super busy and a bit small. There were plenty of products. The cake dessert section was kinda empty and the products didnt look like the were made there or moved often enough. But the meat and cheese section looked good and fresh.

Local grocery store catering to local population. Fruits were fresh, kids got local flan and was a big hit. This place had everything that a local grocery store carries.

Never been here with a full shopping list but great for dried chilies, Mexican products, and marinated meats. Always greeted with a Buena's tardes and a smile.

Bought guacamole from their deli and it was spoiled! A small tub which cost around $10. I immediately went back to get my money back. I couldn’t believe they made the transaction so complicated! Not willing to return my money for spoiled food! Poor customer service! SAD!

This store is my go to store for everything! I've been coming to this store for the longest time and to the stores that were in its place before that. (Taking it back to the J&P market here) Tonight I went in to buy a propane burner and the hose that is suppose to attach to the burner and propane tank. The cost for both was roughly $75. I took it home and the hose didn't fit the burner. Immediately I took it back and I went back to the same sales lady who's name is Mireya. Right away she said that the burner looked old and that it wasn't the burner she sold us. This made me very upset! I looked at her and said, " you are a liar! You sold this to me just 10 mins ago." She continued to say that she looked at the item well before she sold it to us and that it wasn't the one We had just bought. Mind you we had the receipt to prove that we had just bought it and the same bar code on the burner was on the receipt. A fellow cashier even told her to check the barcode on the receipt and she refused. I asked to speak to a manager. Apparently that's what she was going to do. I asked them to check the cameras and we even went back and got a couple of burners in stock and showed her that all the burners looked used. That action made her upset and she didn't bother to look at the burners and quickly put them away under the cashier register. I can't believe the audacity of this lady indirectly calling us liars. Quite honestly I can't believe Lolas market has someone like her representing them at their store. All of their employees are the nicest and most honest people you can ever meet, but this lady is definitely not one of them. In addition she is very rude and not the friendliest person. I'm not the only one that has made this comment to other employees. We did end up getting our refund but we left with a very sour taste because of this encounter.

Really good quality produce and low prices, nice local market that has some things that you can't get in a "supermarket"
