Customer service could've definitely been better. I placed a pair of boots on hold, when I went ahead and picked them up they were "closed" during work hours and laughed as they saw me waiting outside the building. I felt very disrespected.

This is a shout for Julie at Lark Shoes in Napa Outlets. When the heel caps fell off a pair of boots I had purchased at the store, Julie went above and beyond to help me get a resolution. I don't live close to Napa, so Julie gave me her cell and we managed to get my boots repaired using the mail, so I didn't have to drive all the way back. She also contacted the manufacturer on my behalf to see if there was anything they could do. Julie kept a communication channel open at all stages of repair and even kept a new pair of boots aside for me, in case something happened during the repair or mailing process. She was also super nice and was a pleasure to do business with!
