All we can say is that Bernie was AMAZING! We shopped around different jewelers and the service she provided sealed the deal for us. Since we came in to the store she welcomed us and gave us all the attention and patience. We got a wonderful dream engagement ring thanks to her! We highly recommend this Kay store!
