Kastner had the exact car we were looking for. Ryan Hemming was our salesman. No pressure at all, professional, well spoken knowledgeable, and patient. We did negotiate the price with the GM and I believe our price was fair though we did pay over the MSRP and picked up a few Dealer Add Ons that we probably don’t need. The physical appearance of the dealership was immaculate. Overall a positive experience and I would have no problem recommending Kastner and Ryan to future buyers.
