This place is great! The owner is so nice and helpful and they carry beautifully handcrafted items made by local artists. One of Napa's true gem Ma and pa shops. Worth a stop by for sure.

I love Jeffries General! We come by here all the time just to say hello, and the service is amazing! They always have some sort of new treat that we always look foward to! Such a cute place.

I was searching online for a certain type of glass vase for my home, and the only store that had one I fell in love with immediately was the Jeffries General online store. After making my purchase, Chrissy Pearce Jeffries immediately got in touch with me to thank me for my purchase and to let me know when I might be receiving the vase. Being a frequent Amazon shopper, it was so refreshing to experience such a personal and friendly human dynamic. The vase arrived and it was just as beautiful as shown in the Jeffries General website. I have never had the pleasure of visiting the Jeffries General store because I live in southern CA, but I'm sure it's a treasure to all the locals and visitors. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely have to make sure to stop by and say hello to Chrissy and thank her again for her outstanding customer service!

I came in asking for help with a broken window shade, and stopped in just based on the "general store" label to see if they could help. Even though this wasn't the store's area of expertise, they went out of their way to provide me with the materials I needed to fix my problem, then didn't charge me a cent. I could not be more grateful for these wonderful people. Thank you!

We randomly walked in on a Sunday morning. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We purchased some adorable crayons and my son wanted a cute toy car so picked that up as well. They have so many cute things here, snacks etc. I will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend. Stop by when you're in the area.

An incredible find in downtown Napa. A modern take on the old general store. The inventory is always unique and changing. The owners, Chrissy and Pat Jeffries are welcoming and the store is reflective of that. Hard to walk out without getting something - whether it is a handcrafted mug, fresh bread and cheese, a bottle of wine or fake vomit! Simply the best...and open early. Next to a great bakery too...
