Kiana is so wonderful, she greeted me with a warm smile and was willing to help me find a nice, beautiful gift within my budget, I am a college student and she helped me find something cute and affordable. She is super friendly, professional, and the store is well organized. The whole team is extremely friendly, helpful, hardworking, and sweet. Highly recommend! The customer service at this store is amazing! I am a single dad and every time I bed a holiday outfit for Church, Christmas Easter the staff at this store has matching outfits all picked out for me! Like a personal shopper for me and my son. Thank you heather and Team! And the styles are fantastic a. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to shop at Janie and Jack at their Outlet Store in Napa. This is my "go to" store for my granddaughter and I have never been disappointed with their many different selections to choose from. The store and the displays are always well maintained, and neat and clean. The customer service that I have received from Amy and Jocelyn is awesome! They go out of their way to make their customers feel welcome. Keep up the good work. It is always a pleasure to shop at Janie and Jack.

Since then, I like to shop in this store. Except for the customer service I got today. I understand if you're having a bad day. But don't bring it at work. I have a return. At first, she (Jocelyn) said, my system is not letting me process the transaction. She asked me to comeback tomorrow. I said, I can't I live far away. She made a phone call to the "front desk". And came back and was able to use the other computer system and able to process the transaction with significant "attitude". Hoping it won't happened again or to anybody.

What a cute childrens store. I love it so much and they have such good sales with high quality childrens clothing. Their style is much better then Carter's and buy buy baby. When a sale is going on you can find stuff that is actually cheaper then targets and carters. I love this place and will only buy clothes from them from now on. The store is also well organized and very clean.
