Went to the store for my first anticipated visit and unfortunately was let down. At first the store didn't even seem open as there was no open sign or signs of life, in thinking back perhaps they didn't want any business considering our experience. It was only my husband and I in the store at the time with 4 employees on the floor. Not once were we greeted and we walked from the front to the back and even walked past the counter where 3 of the employees had congregated and got no acknowledgement we even existed.

It's actually funny that we had low expectations for Napa Outlets and planned on just browsing. We actually spent our entire time just at the J Crew store because of how much stuff they had. We had the whole store to ourselves when we walked in later on a Monday night. Both of the employees in there were helpful and assisted us with questions on the deals and for proper sizing. They had really good deals with 60% off the lowest ticketed price on a lot of the women's clothing and a lot of it was already discounted at least once. I also found that even though it was a factory store, a lot of the items were still high quality - nice soft fabric, no defects, and the items fit well and weren't odd leftovers. Some of the sizing was a bit limited but I managed to find a great pair of super soft leggings on sale. My boyfriend stocked up on the tees they had available in multiple colors and cuts.

Had so much shopping here. The staff was friendly and accessible. The store was clean and well organized. Bobbie in the fitting room checked in frequently and was available to retrieve sizes and gave honest feedback. Felt comfortable and natural like asking a friend. The staff members at the cash wrap were also great. I couldn't believe the amazing markdowns on quality items. Overall experience was Excellent. Very happy with the cornflower blue dress, earrings and necklace that I purchased and all 3 items cost under $100 even sales tax. Will definitely not return these items, however I will be coming back soon to shop here as my budget allows. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

I love J Crew clothing and have visited many of their outlet stores but this location has very very poor customer service. The workers don't smile and they don't honor promotions and will no longer be helpful. I prefer to give my business to Vacaville outlet.
