Been here twice for taxes and I couldn't have been happier with my service from Nicalette! The only issue I ever had here was a bit of a waiting period but I'm hardly ever in a rush. I look forward to coming here with complete confidence in the future.

My tax preparer got me all the tax savings I had coming. She was fast and efficient. Her laugh and contagious smile small talk and conversation made it not such a grueling process. I came out golden finally I did not owe. FTB did intercept my return I had no idea why! It's hard to get a hold of them but she will help me. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. She really knows all the savings and credits!!

I just had a question and whoever answered the phone was not help full at all and was trying to tell me that mid question that she couldn’t help me… do not recommend this location.

Donald Jordan never showed or called to say he had decided NOT to come to work and simply no showed for our tax appt! When the receptionist called him several times he finally called back and said he had decided to not come in. Thankfully a very nice woman who sits behind the receptionist said she had time and she was awesome!!! Jordan can just stay home permanently!!!

Why did I not see the previous reviews? Never thought to check, had taxes done with H&R (SF and Napa) for over a decade. Today's visit completely made me change my mind to go where they realize customer service is necessary when someone pays for your service! This office has a front desk person who is completely void of customer service and does her coworkers a disservice as well. No apology for an appointment where the wait was 40 minutes, a check for payment that was declined (her computer froze) and comment made "check your bank for funds". Returned after checking with bank where I was told "there should have been no reason for decline, funds are in the account". Paid cash and front desk computer froze again (front desk person exclaimed to a coworker "my computer froze again"). H & R Block please train your front desk person at this location about "Customer Service"! No doubt your entire staff could benefit!
