Totally messed up the copies we needed to send by mail. Federal form was missing, not signed. We called to hear if it was OK. No one would give us the right answer or even pass the call on to the preparer. We then drow back to the office where another preparer kindly let us in and indeed most of it was missing. The next day we went back to speak to the original preparer and have the form signed again. We were met with total rudeness. The preparer reluctantly signed, copied everything and said it is now ready to send in as is. When we came home, we saw that all the instructions were also copied, and the "keep for your file" papers as well. We are sending it all in the way the preparer gave it to us and hope for the best. Seems like a lot of papers.We will definitely not be backJust hope he didn't mess up on the numbers!!!

I heard rumors that Florence 'Nani' Butler has retired from H & R Block after 17 years. This is far from the truth and frankly I'm surprised that a large corporate company would allow their team members to propagate or spread a rumor like that. A simple explanation that Nani did not return and you don't have any idea where she went would have sufficed. Let's just set the record straight, Florence 'Nani' Butler is still preparing taxes, just not for H & R Block.
