After taking the garbage Pacifica to 2 other shops i was finally able to get answers from Hanlees. It was terrible news but at least we had answers. Never buy chrysler.

If 0 stars were an option, that's what I would give. You're probably better off taking your vehicle to anyone with access to a YouTube how-to video or a Reddit thread instead of this service department. They will "top off" and "band aid" any and all issues until a huge and costly repair is needed, all while assuring you that your vehicle has no problems and that your concerns are completely invalid.
I brought my vehicle in multiple times for a concern and had it looked at by their "certified technicians and advisors," who repeatedly told me there was no issue. However, when I took my vehicle to another dealership's service department for a second opinion, it turned out there was actually a huge problem. This problem cost over $6,000 to repair and, if not fixed, could have resulted in the loss of my engine! Come to find out they also broke my hood latch and decided not to say anything… just a little insult to injury.

Actually the worst dealer there is in the state of California. Wouldn’t ever go back here, even if they offered me a FREE vehicle. Worst service advisors, worst technicians, and even worse sales people lol. Good luck if you end up coming here. None of them know what they’re talking about.

Customer service in the front office treats Hispanic people badly they made my husband feel bad only because they couldn’t find his keys and my husband was laughing and he was like thinking well a new truck I have now and he the front desk from customer service came back angry at him and questioned him why he was laughing

Went in and told them my window was having difficulty rolling up, they returned it after 4 days saying they tried everything possible with no problem, 5 minutes later my window got stuck on my way home and then they proceeded to tell me to come back in 4 weeks when they had availability. Worst service department I’ve ever been to.

Poor communications on sales side.
Had to keep calling to find out about due bill parts and when they might come in.
Did not file paperwork with DMV on my trade. When I called about it they told me that I had a copy of the release of liability I should just take care of it!
What happened to customer service??
I do love my new Durango!

Not really happy with the service. Not really happy with the lack of commitment after the purchase was made. It's like soon as you got the sale you can't get ahold of anyone.

If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. By far this has been the most horrendous buying experience I have ever had. They may have done a pre-sale inspection on the used car I purchased but they did not disclose a very costly issue. I only discovered it because I had to take my car back in to the dealership to fix an unrelated problem I discovered during the purchase. Additionally, once they sell you a vehicle and get your money you can forget about anything resembling customer service. I'm still struggling to get vital paperwork from their finance department. They will never call you back. I recommend going to any other dealership than this one. And if you did buy from them, good luck.
