If you willing to walk along napa river for say 1/2 mile, location is excellent. Kimmy and walked from hotel along river and over bridge to downtown napa. On way back sat on river bank to watch birds. Highly recommend and doggie approved.

Disaster!!! Dirty and unkempt. This is not a good Hampton, be careful. Everything is only available upon request. Even though you are in the country, you are charged extra for parking.
Rooms: Dirty and run down, sheets washed out and stained. Bed worn out

Great little room. Very quite in a great location not to far from down town. Called a head and was able to check in after mid-night with the front desk waiting on my arrival. They serve a great breakfast in the morning.

Someone else's shirt was found in my room. The coffee maker in the room took only pods but they provided only loose coffee. Where's the pod? The bed was just springs in my back. Preferred the couch. The AC ran non stop instead of cycling. The shower didn't drain well. And there's no designated smoking area outside of the wind. I thought Hampton was supposed to be one of the better hotels. I might as well have stayed at the best western.

Decent hotel, located outside of downtown. You can walk downtown in about 30 minutes or drive/Uber in about 10.
Breakfast was as good as you might expect with hot and cold options.
We had some plumbing issues that were communicated to staff but not resolved during our stay.
Be aware this is a pet-friendly hotel and you might be woken up at 5:00 in the morning by a yappy dog in a nearby room.

Everything was very clean. The location, next to a large movie theater, is more ideal for younger crowds. If you're looking for a Napa experience, this isn't the place to stay. The free breakfast was okay, lacked any flavor and the amount of people waiting to make waffles was hysterical. There was also a strange smell in the hallway carpets... I believe someone may have spilled something onto the floor and didn't tell anyone.
The evening receptionists were our favorite to chat with.

The hotel was very nice and reasonable on price. We wish the room had better pillows because the ones we had were so flat and my neck hurt for a week after

Hilton gold here. We traveled to Napa from out of state and stayed for a night on 5/12/24. When looking up the hotel's location on Google map, we saw that it's close to a busy road (Imola Ave) so we called the hotel and requested a quiet room away from the road due to concern with the noise (all of us are light sleepers).
The room we got was indeed away from the road...but right behind the electrical room next to the elevator which was making a huge low-frequency noise that penetrated our room - so loud that it was impossible to sleep. We spoke with the front desk immediately and wished to change to a different room, but were told the hotel was sold out for the night and they had never heard of any complaints about this noise, which I found funny because unless you're deaf, you'd be bothered by it. Alright, we'd sleep with earbuds on, not a big issue and we understood. No other complaints about the hotel itself.
The next day we had to leave early to catch our flight before breakfast started at 7AM. We spoke with the front desk and were told that they could prepare some to-go bags with a quick breakfast inside. Amazing, or we thought...
We grabbed those bags in the morning, thanked the staff, and headed to the airport. One of us was so hungry that they opened the bag immediately and finished the bagel inside on the way. When I finally opened my bag at the airport, I noticed my bagel was so grossly MOLDED. There were also mold marks on the bag of the bagel that had been consumed. It's impossible to not notice if the staff inspected the food before packing it (the bagle was pre-packaged but you can see inside).
I threw away the bagel immediately, and the one of us who ate the bagel felt sick after seeing the mold (you'd do too) but luckily didn't seem to have food poisoning so we decided to just take off instead of go to the hospital. I honestly did not think this should be the quality of service we should receive for $300+ a night at a Hilton hotel. Very disappointed.

Nice and clean rooms. Breakfasr was good and generous. The hotel is close to many restaurants. A little far from the downtown, but can be walked. Parking included.

I’m a Hilton diamond member, travel for work myself and book for others. This is one of the best Hampton’s I’ve stayed at in the country. Super accommodating staff, friendly, go the extra mile. Newly renovated property. Great parking. Would love to stay here again

Great place to stay while in Napa. The management was excellent, and the breakfast was good.
