It was very organized, neat & clean. The prices were posted clearly, including all of the clearance & sale items. There is always a Customer service person on the floor ready to help. The had sample fragrance for the ladies. They have original GUESS paper shopping bags. They alw9 have a frequent shopper membership. Overall pleasant shopping experience.

Will never go back to this store again!! Unbelievably rude salesgirl!! Snapped at me angrily because i used a garbage can to put my coffee cup! Rudely she reprimanded me in front of the whole store, because apparently the can was for umbrellas!! When I asked for the Manager--she first replied that she wasn't going to tell me, then when I asked again--she claimed she was the Manager!!!

Buyer beware - zero customer service and ineffective management. When questioning the amount charged as opposed to ‘sale’ signs, the store manager (who is the only one in the store wearing shorts to work) uses the phrase ‘its store policy’. No customer service, no follow up. One customer definitely not coming back to this store again.

Today I was in this Guess location. While I was there a group of women came in to shop. At some point I heard a bunch of yelling and noticed that about 5 of the women from this group had cornered the store manager and was accusing her of racially profiling them. I was confused by this as the manager is African American and so were the group of women. I believe originally there was some sort of misunderstanding about pricing and they wanted 30% off an item that wasn't on sale. All of these women except one where twice the size of the manager. They kept yelling at her telling her she was rude and made them feel uncomfortable by watching them. I've been a customer of this location for years and this manager has always been so kind and helpful. She does constantly walk around, but it's obviously her job as the manager to keep an eye on her store. These women threaten to report her and get her fired, saying that they were important people who made a lot of money, but I have to say, she handled the situation very maturely. The women thought she was in her twenties while they all looked old enough to be her grandmother. It's truly a shame how they bullied her. After they left people who had witnessed the incident encouraged the manager and told her she handled it well.

This is a response specifically for another review left here. So someone seemed to forget that there where witnesses in her little incident and thought that she could come up with a crazy story, and no one would call her out for her ridiculous lies. But let me tell you something lady when your boyfriend "kindly asked her for her customer service line so you could discuss with them." What you mean to say was that your boyfriend sexually harassed and degrade the store manager telling her that she needs D*ck in her life and calling HER a Karen and a B*tch and when YOUR boyfriend was getting way to close to her. To the point where she began to worry for her safety and she asked YOUR boyfriend to stand 6 feet or talk to her behind the glass in the counter, NOTE :"HE had moved to the other side of the counter where there was no glass protector", HE refused, and even put down his mask to continue yelling at her KNOWING it's their store policy for people to wear a mask. You guys made an entire scene in front of the whole store just because YOUR coupon wasn't valid you stood there while your boyfriend yelled at this woman for 30min and after she asked you two to leave you guys refused and HE continued to degrade and harass her and she not once did she ever cuss at you but your boyfriend sure did. And you just stood there and watched at how your boyfriend was treating this woman and now after reading your yelp review, you seemed pretty okay with it. I thought you where embarrassed about how your boyfriend was harassing this woman right in front of you. But you where more embarrassed about the fact that the manager had to call mall security to get you guys out. I hope your embarrassed it's never okay to treat service people the way you guys did, so if anyone was a Karen it was you and your boyfriend!!! Maybe if you where as nice as your story said things might've turned out differently. I'm disgusted with your review the entire thing was a lie and no the employee didn't f*ck up it was the fact your coupon wasn't valid and you guys went crazy. So I hope people see what kind of a disgusting human being you both are and you get "embarrassed" for a second time. And don't try to make your review relatable by saying "based on the reviews I'm not the only one that experienced something like that at Guess" because your entire story was an utter and complete lie. Your boyfriend treated this woman like garbage OVER A STUPID COUPON!!! And forgot to mention your boyfriend began recording her while calling her a b*tch!!!! How about you show that recording instead of spreading lies online!!

My boyfriend and I went shopping to guess factory in Napa. When we were ready to check out I provided them with a coupon that had no restrictions, did not specify store locations and it was an online or In-store coupon. The sales associate rudely denied me saying I couldn't use it because I was using my boyfriends phone # it had to be mine so I provided my phone number and she denied me again from using the coupon stating I had no coupons even tho we were providing her one that had been mailed to us. We kindly asked her to get her manager (ERTHA) if that's her name. The manager was really rude and made her company look horrible !! She stated her upper management was messing up by sending incorrect coupons & she was not going to take the blame or fault for another employee F***ing up. Those were her words NOTE: "it is not about the money , but if I as customer receive a coupon I expect it to be honored! Also if whatever management send wrong coupons it is not the customer fault!!" . My boyfriend and I kindly asked her for her customer service line or corporate office so we could discuss this with them. The manager went to the back left us waiting for 30 mins !!! We had to get another employee to go get her manager. The manager retuned yelling at my boyfriend saying he was being aggressive, rude and calling him names !!! We kindly told her to please keep it cool we just wanted corporates phone number. The manager lost her mind!! She told us to get the F out of her store !! Called security on us and left!! She left her employees dealing with the situation and left!! What kind of manager does this!? I have never been so embarrassed in my life!! I have never been kicked out of a store or had security called on me. Also, She did not provide her upper management phone number. I am not sure who hired this lady, or how she received this promotion as manager she is horrible! And based on the reviews I'm not the only one that experienced something like that at guess

Absolutely horrible store. The staff is completely unprofessional, rude, and extremely trashy in the way they talk with both each other and guests. Not to mention messy and unkempt - both the store and employees. I tried to return a skirt, completely unworn, tag still on, and because there was a little snag in the lining (must have bought it that way, they should really be sorry they sell tattered clothes) they wouldn’t take it back. I was at a total loss for words, it had literally been sitting in a bag since purchase. I would never usually shop at Guess but went there on whim - probably should have stuck with avoiding this place, as I have for years. Will never, ever shop here again.

Simple put, Rude and terrible customer service! As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me. The two person staff were too busy gossiping. But funny how when my husband walked in, the girl was all over him trying to help him lol I thought to myself, "silly girl, I'm the one going to shop in this store. He's only here to assist me". Then when I asked for a shoe size. The same young girl was very rude and ignored me. Then my husband spoke up and said my wife would like a size. She then told the other person working the cash register to get the size for us. Then while checking out with my multiple items, I noticed several dark spots on the pink boots that I wanted to purchase. I asked for another pair in my size, which they did not have, so I asked for a discount. The same young girl who I'm assuming was the manager (surprisingly) came over with an attitude, looked at the boots and said, "these marks are not not noticeable". My thought was, that's your opinion. My action was to not purchase any of the items and walked out. Guess should do a better Job with their hires and training. I would not give this particular location a dime.

The worse Guess factory store I’ve ever shopped. I just came from there today, March 25, 2019. All employees there especially the two ladies never bothered to greet us. Not a single hi hello. No smiles. Very bad attitude. They never bothered to at least talk to us and ask us what we need when they saw us walking around looking for something. Horrible experience. I bought two jeans and actually felt regret that I bought them with how I was treated. These employees seriously need to be retrained for customer service.

As of right now, this is the best store in the Napa outlet. They have the best selection, they sell real items from the real guess stores, they have nice low prices, and if you hit them on a holiday you will get 50% off items that are already typically 60 or 70% off. The sales staff are really nice, you have a great selection of sizes, and if anything, the store is just to packed, but that's because they're offering so much of their line in such a small location. Totally worth it. Sign up for the guess club and you will earn and get even more discounts... Pay for your purchase using the United mileageplus app and you will earn miles on top of that (4 per dollar plus 25% bonus for using United credit card). Enjoy and stay schwagggggggggy.
