“Safeway was out of distilled water and no one was working to stock supplies. I called Grocery Outlet to find out whether the store has distilled water before driving around. The two staff were so kind, putting me on hold to look for distilled water. So glad I found distilled water at the Grocery Outlet!!!”

“I love Nob Hill. I’ve been shopping there for years. I am 52 and have been shopping at Nob Hill in Napa California pretty much my whole life I recently over the last year. I’ve had trouble getting my digital coupons because it says I don’t have a profile and I’ve tried to wait on hold to help line and I can’t wait on hold that long because I work, so I would really love to be able to create an account, but I can’t because I have already have an existing account, but therefore still won’t let me open that account either everyone at the stores tried to help me and to no avail none of us have have succeeded I am a faithful loyal shopper that cannot get the basic digital coupons just because I can’t get an account that I’ve already had for years I used to get the coupons don’t get those anymore either same phone number my whole 25 years 30 years, so I’m now 52 and still can’t get the digital coupons”

“Dinner was really good. We sat on the patio, and it turned into a beautiful evening. Service great, and we enjoyed The evening. I got the gnocchi, only complaint was it was a very small dish of pasta. It was delicious, but I shared a side with someone else. If I hadn't, the gnocchi wouldn't have been enough. Everyone else's portions seemed more filling. Overall- would recommend.”
“Of the Ranch Markets this one is far superior especially compared to the Yountville Ranch Market. These sandwiches are fully of meat and condiments so you feel like the purchase was worth thr money. It's also helps the staff is very friendly and quick. Service is fanatical. Definitely recommend and will be going back.”

“The Supervisor (Kelly) is truly the most helpful and nice-spirited soul i have ever met she helped me locate all my need for dinner last night while offering solutions when i stated i was vegan and did not consume gluten. I will definitely be coming back here to see and talk to her. Truly mad my whole month!”
“Pretty good Whole foods. Basic items are competitively priced but you always have a choice of moving tomatoes if the desire falls upon you. Personally I would free up self space by reducing to the amount of vegan stuff but I'm not a Gen Zer so will tolerate it.
Excellent bread, cheese selection and international foods. Wine can be quite over priced- be careful. Knocks spots off of Safeway.”
“Possibly the most expensive deli I've ever been to. A turkey sandwich, chips and canned soda was $20. However I must say it was possibly the best turkey sandwich I have ever had. When I asked about the drink she pointed at the fridge on the other side of the store and told me to pick any can. So I picked one of those expensive probiotic sodas that cost $4 at 7-11. Felt given this it wasn't a bad deal. We just needed something to hold us until an early dinner so we just split the sandwich. I'd go back if in the area and needed a quick snack. The indoor seating was quite nice.”

“The lucky store in California boulevard or Napa is very nice and has nice food. The lucky store on Jefferson's in Napa is awful outdated dairy products terrible vegetables outdated lettuce not a very good store”
“Neighborhood market close to the cave, I didn't know was here. I mean I knew they had a taqueria, but didn't know they also had a store. Super cool and convenient. You'll find all your latino needs and then some, if you can't get to a big box store.”

“They have a very good produce dept., a good selection of most items, friendly and helpful staff, and they are great at opening more registers if the lines are too long. I miss having two entrances. Remember to enter your member number if you have one. The bananas are fairly ripe on Sundays. The organic bananas had different levels of ripeness or greenness.”

“The Customers are as stupid as those at Walmart, and just as rude, and that brings their score down to 3 stars.
There are a couple of clerks that aren't worth the time of day and going through their checkstand is painful.
Oh, and avoid the produce department, it's muddy.”

“I received wonderful service in the self checkout by a employee, name kashisha I believe. She saw me struggling with my ATM card and how it was not reading so she took it upon herself to print out the receipt and take it to the next register and voila!!! I appreciate how observant she was and situational awareness I didn't even have to turn around and ask she was already there to rescue me.”

“I've never had a bad experience at Trader Joe's I'm always finding new things to try! Trader Joe's is the only store that carries my favorite ginger beer!!
I particularly don't like the Napa location as it is horrible to shop at, especially on a weekend.
Would love to see one open up in Vallejo!”
