Staff was friendly, especially the red headed curly haired tall young guy. But the prices were the same or higher than Walmart; that coupled with the fact that you can’t find the same items each time and expiration dates are soon makes shopping there not so worth it. The prices were much better the last 2 times we shopped there. (We have visited 4 times in the past few years.)
We are going to try a different location to comparison shop. The SF location we often go to has good prices.

Safeway was out of distilled water and no one was working to stock supplies. I called Grocery Outlet to find out whether the store has distilled water before driving around. The two staff were so kind, putting me on hold to look for distilled water. So glad I found distilled water at the Grocery Outlet!!!

I do like Grocery Outlet,but I repeatedly get over charged on items. And when I do go to talk to management,I am usually refunded,but I still have an issue with how they mishandle it. Mind you I'm not sure if this GO's policy or not 100%. To repeatedly be overcharged,sent to the other location if I bought it there instead of it being handled with proofs at any GO as I would w/ Safeway, target,etc whether same location or not. This is the 8 th or so time I've been overcharged & sometimes I just don't want to deal w/ it bc of the hassle. I have already reported it to ways & means since I have recommended often that this could cause issues for the corporation since 8+ x in less than a yr w/ 1 person this is obviously not an isolated incident & their attitude leaves much to be desired.

Price signs that are very obviously underneath a product but then don't match the product. And then they don't want to do anything about it unless you want to drive back there and spend another 15 minutes to try to get your money back. I guess they think that gas is free and everybody's got an abundance of time on their hands.

Cashier was mad when we asked for double bags because we where walking then not give the right change ????????? they need to bring back the other store that was there before vallerga's was better

Very stocked and very cheap compared to other stores, including Mexican stores, it is cheaper to buy here.
