I had 7 shirts all picked up on the same day Monday for pickup/drop off service. 4 came back Wednesday and I was missing 3. I called them Thursday cause I was leaving Friday and begged them to get my shirts back before I left. Even offered to come and get them from location. They finally arrived Friday - expected to pay full
Price no discount no apology. Seems weird they would split the order up and not deliver everything together. This is very common for them. I personally don’t recommend them.

It would be minus 5 stars if I could. They couldn't find my clothes when I went to pick them up. They found some of them and two pieces had black stains on them that were obviously grease equipment stains. They were supposed to remove the stains and deliver them to my house because I was leaving for Italy that day. They never delivered them. I went to pick them up and they were closed on Saturday. I went around to the back because I could see people working inside. The people saw me but ignored me. I asked if they had my clothes but they acted like they didn't know anything about them. They just walked away and went back to their work. I saw my clothes hanging in a rack. I grabbed them and left. No one tried to stop me or said anything at all. No apologies or anything. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLEANING HERE! Plus it's $18 per item for laundry or dry cleaning. When I got Italy, I found a white rain jacket completely ruined with black grease stains!

I've taken 2 items to Greene's on Silverado Trail within the last couple of years and neither were satisfactory.The dress pants had an easy wine stain that they didn't get out so I cleaned them myself at home successfully, but still had to pay Greene's for nothing. Nobody offered me a discount or money back when I pointed out that the stain was still there.I should have learned my lesson, but this week I have them another chance and I took them a brand new linen shirt with a spot on the collar. Not only did they ignore the spot on the collar (which was my whole reason for taking it to the cleaners) but when I pointed it out at pick up, they took it to the back and made the little spot worse! Now the whole tip of the collar looks terrible! Again, I'm taking it home to clean it myself and again I've paid them for nothing.I never used to have any issues with quality at this establishment and I don't know what has changed but I won't return. I also feel like I could have been offered an apology or a discount, but I didn't get either. That's just bad customer service on top of poor quality work.Service: Dry cleaning

Always do an excellent job cleaning and their pick up and delivery is consistent and with care. If there is an item that takes a bit longer, don’t worry it will come and they normally let you know when! Highly recommend!Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Very nice people. Great location. But they charge $14 to launder and press a pair of pants. Who can afford that? Why wouldn't you go across town to Browns Valley Cleaners where they do pants for $8?. I still wince at $8, but $14 is like throwing money in the fireplace. It doesn't seem like they really want to launder pants.Right next to my house, and I'd be good for like 15 pairs a month. Come up with a loyalty program or something that drives the price down and I would love to give it a try.

Unfortunately I've used this cleaner twice and both times my expensive dresses, jumpsuits, sweaters and blazers were all returned shrunken. I am still waiting to hear back from the company to see if they can replace, but it's so disappointing to have ruined wool blazers, cashmere sweaters, and silk dresses.Service: Dry cleaning

while slightly more expensive than other cleaners, this company takes great care in their services, communication, and delivery. For time, convenience, and customer service I am very happy. They even leave a small dog treat, for my braking mutt, when they deliver my clothing.Services: Laundry pick-up

Expensive and not great. I have had several shirts returned with broken buttons, including one of my favorite Robert Graham short sleeves, with nearly all buttons broken. Also, can't seem to just drop off and pick up, then they deliver on days that I have specifically requested no delivery as no one will be home.
