Very cute trendy boutique and is geared toward young ladies and I'm on the other end, an aging boomer. However, I went in on my search for boots and the lovely young ladies there were so helpful and kind, so I never felt out of place. I didn't find boots because what I was looking for was out of season, but I found a really nice sweater. Very good experience!

The manager Rachel was such a help, I had a giftcard and was told it was expired but it wasn't they were training a new girl and she didn't know and that's okay. I called to confirm it wasn't expired and she felt so bad I left empty handed so she's going to give me a discount such wonderful customer service I don't normally leave reviews but she went above and beyond. Thank you Rachel!

I wanted to take time to give Rachel five stars. I came in to grab some new sunglasses cause I love their collection. She is so accommodating, has a great attitude and you can tell that she enjoys providing a great boutique experience.

The worst customer service -now I been doing retail for forever and even I know better to say hi welcome in to every single person that walks in . She's doing something at the counter cool , but at least say hi or something it's not busy at all hence covid -another lady walks in she says hi so I start walking around the store , not at any point did she ask if I needed help or was looking for something and so I walked out, I saw a cute dress but didn't see my size and I did not feel comfortable asking her since she didn't greet me -awkward ! And when I did Leave I didn't even get a bye I hope she was not the manager

As much as I like Francescas in general, this store is sorely lacking in inventory AND customer service. I can never find items in store that I'm frequently seeing online. Like ever. Thank God they now have the option to ship free to stores. The second thing that I find really annoying is that they tend to hire young teeny boopers in high school or college who lack customer service skills. I ordered a few dresses online and had it shipped to the store upon pick up the sales clerk proceeded to haphazardly fold them up and stuff them into a tiny bag. Being unsatisfied about how she was treating the dresses I grabbed it from her. She looked at me like I was being rude but come on! Please have more care and sense than to carelessly wrinkle up product!! I'm sorry if I'm unhappy because the creases fall out due to poor handling I'm just going to return it. I'm pretty sure it's common sense that customers don't want to purchase imperfect or damaged products!

This shop is great!!! It's nice that's there's a place to shop that has a great selection, made with great material and it's not crazy expensive. The lady who helped my friend and I today was beyond nice. She was so helpful and just a really nice person. I bought the perfect pair of white jeans and the cutest sweater. They also had a great deal going on. Buy any two items in the store and you get 30% off. They're selection on everything in the store is the best! I will definitely be back

Francesca's is a charming boutique between Trader Joe's, a bank&Villa Corona. The first time I heard of the Francesca's chain was on Project Runway- They have beautiful variety. It's not the standard sort of clothing you'd find at a Kohl's or Macy's. The fact they have a distinctive style (and are on a smaller scale) is why they're doing well. In addition to clothing&accessories, they also have games, cards, decor. You can get a game based on "A Christmas Story" as well as Star Trek with an all-cat cast. The young women staffing it are very friendly and helpful. They are attentive to customers. Some other famous Francescas, the tragic Francesca da Rimini- Francesca, the Midwestern housewife depicted in the late Robert James Waller's Bridges of Madison County- This boutique is delightful.

Super happy with my experience here! This is a super cute, cheap option for anyone looking for gifts. I went in to browse today (morning time) and ended up leaving with an armful of Birthday and even baby shower gifts! There were two girls working, they were both sweet, attentive and wonderful to speak with. Can't say enough good things! Oh, I've been to the Francesca's in Arden Mall and this location is definitely better stocked and IMO has cuter things.
