Fivetown Grocery, an upscale Napa grocery store and food market, offers a taste of the five towns that make up Napa Valley. The store features farm-fresh, local ingredients and products, including house-made pasta, sauces, smoked barbecue, and freshly baked bread, all crafted in small batches by celebrated Chef Vincent Lesage. Customers can enjoy their purchases on-site or take them to go. The store has a variety of options, including sandwiches, grilled cheese, pastries, and a well-stocked salad bar. While the food is generally delicious, some customers have found the sandwiches to be a bit dry. The store's pricing can also be high, with a 12-ounce can of La Croix costing $6. The staff at Fivetown Grocery are praised for their exceptional customer service, making customers feel welcome, inspired, and happy during their visits. Special shout-outs go to Brenda and LeiLei, who have contributed to the positive experience. Overall, Fivetown Grocery offers a unique and enjoyable shopping and dining experience, with a focus on high-quality, locally sourced products and exceptional customer service.

The staff here has the right attitude BUT they have no clue how to operate a deli and there is no competent manager on site at 12:30 on a Sunday!! Very chaotic, takes 10 min, once one is at the order station, to just get an order placed...
