A pair of buttons on my tufted sofa came off, and Mr. Fez repaired the cushion expertly and quickly while I waited. He did a great job at a very affordable price—highly recommend his services.

I recently had a couple of popped springs on my couch repaired by the lovely folks at Fex Upholstery and had to share just how pleased I was with the service. Quick response, wonderful kind work ethic with great advice offered. Job done in amazing record time. Final product perfect. They reupholstered our antique french sofa. All the old stuffing & webbing had to be replaced. They did a grand job, even stained the wood. Plus they made pillows to match. It’s a small unique shop with good people. I recommended them highly.

I won't go to any upholstery place but this one! The prices are great and the people who work there are even better. They really know their stuff! The turnaround is always so much quicker than other places. A+ work.

He didn't listen to what I was requesting and did the work without my approval and then wanted to charge me for the work. I refused to pay, so he undid his work halfway while yelling curses and left it for me worse than the shape I brought it in.

I brought in my truck bench seat for re-upholstery. An employee gave me a written estimate for $600; she said it was for $500 labor and probably about $60 for materials. When I went to pick it up, the total was $800. The explanation for the difference was "all new foam" on the bottom portion of the seat. I had given them a large piece of foam which they said they used in the back of the seat. The workmanship looks pretty good, but I was shocked that the price suddenly bounced up $200 just for foam. I think they should've called me with an updated estimate before doing the job. If you use this company, be sure to nail them down to an out-the-door price. In the future, I will use Andy at Silverado Trail Upholstery.
