Everytime I go into this place there’s an issue. I don’t know if the name tag he has was his real name but Sharron did not want to be at work.He was tall and sluggish. He had AirPods in which seemed pretty rude considering he wanted to kick us out after we were already in there before they closed. Headed to Walmart to purchase anything and everything I would ever need from FedEx so I can never come here again.Poor service, and poor attitude.

I mean FedEx is FedEx... Torture for both impatient customers and understaffed associates alike.Writing this review specially as a shout-out to Seth. This man hustles like no FedEx employee I've ever encountered, and is very polite and helpful. He's still in training but @fedex give him a raise he deserves it!

This store is centrally located in Napa town, ways have parking space and do fed ex express as well as any shipping including international. Their staff is ways attentive and very helpful.

I have used this place for years to make copies. Lately however, that's become problematic. There is always at least one of the three copiers out of service. Two were out of service today. One of which has been out of service for almost a month. When you ask for help, it seems like an inconvenience. It's sad to see businesses go downhill.

I walked in on a Saturday with an expensive computer to be RMA’d across the country. The two staff working did not understand that I needed packing materials to brace the INTERIOR components of the machine. They told me to “come back tomorrow and ask for Daniel.” Man, am I glad I waited. Daniel and I spent 40 minutes meticulously packing my baby for its journey to be repaired. You could have sent that box to the moon without damage. Thank you, Daniel!

Today the older woman with colored red hair who seems to be a manager because she's barking at the other younger employees like they're so far beneath her it's hard to witness. I feel so bad for anyone who has to work with this lady. I'm reviewing this because today I purchased paper $32 from fed ex, printed documents for $45 and these all had to be refunded since each document came out with major flaws. The young man and young lady tried their best to help me and unfortunately they needed the older red haired woman's assistance. She took my return receipts went to another location to "type some info down". I told her I'm in a hurry and can I have my receipts back please I have to go. They had already wasted 45 mins of my time. She refused to give me my receipts and said she'd have to reverse the return if she didn't type info down from my return receipts. I said can I at least take a pic of my receipts and go and you guys can keep my return receipts and she still refused. I had no choice but to leave my stolen receipts with the red haired lady or I wouldn't have made it to work on time. Where else can we print things out in napa? I will never ever go back here..my main concern is for the employees who have to work with her. She was so demeaning and mean to the younger girl who works there who said it was her first job and she was trying her best!

Not really a rating of this location but Fedex as a delivery service- I'd give them a "zero star" if I could.I paid to get two small box packages shipped within two days - one to Kentucky, the other to upstate New York. They were both guaranteed to be there by Thursday at 8pm. The package to New York made it, even though they are buried under snow. The package to Kentucky did not and is delayed for another day. They both left from the same office, at the same time, and the excuse I have been given on why one didn't make it is because of a weather related problem at the Pacheco service location. This doesn't make sense as one of the two packages made it through there fine, and on time, and the other didn't? If the weather was the problem then both packages would have been late. Complete garbage, and I will be hard-pressed to ever use Fedex again for shipments that need to get somewhere in a timely fashion. So much for trusting a company that built its reputation on the notion of the timely shipping and delivery of customers items.

A lot of older women working here which is all good but they are so slow when they’re busy. Expect to spend 30 minutes in a line of 4 people.

Every time I visit this location the number of customers way out number the staff. As a customer I have learned showing grace instead of being impatient it goes a long way with the overworked staff. Please Remember to Be Kind.Thank you to the employees at this location your hard work is noticed!

Convenient spot for getting something printed quick if you have been in there a few times and know the drill - however severely understaffed and the stress from this comes out on customers w/ little to no help when needed.

I went in twice today and both times the self service machine could not read my file and got stuck "processing". I asked Daniel C (according to the receipt) to clear the job to make sure I was not charged. He asked for my file code to see if he could see what the issue was. The entire I was trying to speak he spoke over me, interrupting and not listening. I did not ask him to print it for me, I was going to try redownloading the file. However he took the code and he was able to see the file on his computer and he said he would print it. He then rang up the charges. The charge was much more than what I expected and as I was looking at the credit card screen to see what I was being charged he reached ACROSS the counter and hit ACCEPT for my charges, seriously is that legal? When I asked why it was so much more he said because he had to print it for me. NEVER EVER will I interact with that employee again IF I ever go back.
