I had family coming into town and at the last minute, I had to take my car to the shop for repairs. Enterprise accommodated me and picked me up in time! The Jeep Grand Wagoneer was great and met our needs to transport people and luggage around for a few days.

These folks are amazing. Not only do they act promptly they upgraded me to a beautiful car for same price as a regular car. The management and team are always there for us, for a family member in town visiting, or when the car is in the shop. Enterprise is there for us!Thank you

Called in an attempt to make a last minute reservation when they opened. The individual who answered the phone could not answer any of my questions. He kindly explained that he was new and some of the questions he was unsure. Totally fine by me! I asked that he take my number and have the manager call me back within the hour. He explained the manager should be right in and he could put me on hold instead. I opted for the callback.Hour plus goes by. No call.I call them again, and ask for the manager who gets on. He asks if I have a reservation. I told him no and that’s why I needed to speak with him.He interrupts me and dials me into the automated system. Hanging up.I will be writing corporate for a formal complaint given my Executive Elite status. This is not how an Enterprise should be run.I promptly booked with a competitor and had no issues.

Rental went fine but because of a difficult 3rd party insurance company, the financial burden has been shifted to us. Hardly any notice and 0 effort to collect. The customer should not be burdened with the collection efforts on behalf of a large company. The manager is hard to work with. Do better.

I learned a hard lesson this weekend renting a vehicle here. Shop around give yourself other options, my beef is number one super inflated prices on SUVs, and if you need one for one day on a weekend you have to pay for the whole weekend! How Convenient!! $$$ . Note seems deliberate shop around don’t wait till last minute. Also neighboring cities Enterprises are open on weekends Hmmm, can you imagine how many extra days they rack up by doing this especially in Napa a word class tourist destination!! $$$$$

Some sound advice that I learned the hard way. Research, compare, and plan in advance when renting a vehicle,especially in Napa a weekend destination, popular,and anytime destination. I made some big and costly mistakes last minute renting on a weekend. I needed a full size suv, so I reserved a full size suv thinking it would be a Escalade, Suburban, Navigator. What they had for me was a Nissin Armada never herd of it. So l pointed out there were several Full size SUVs in the lot Escalades I want one of those, That is a luxury SUV and is a lot more $$$ ok fine I'll pay extra (Shopping around next time) Let me be clear I did agree to the over inflated price, If l would have researched this l would have known and shopped around. *** But here lies the reason for the one star * I only needed the super expensive Suv for Friday and Saturday! They are closed on weekends so you can only rent for Whole weekend and return on Monday! My experience with rental car agencies they are open especially on weekends and this being a super tourist destination didn't make sense to me, and the neighboring cities Enterprise car rental businesses are open weekends! So any time you rent one day here on weekends' your going to pay for the whole weekend, in my case I had to pay an extra day on a very expensive vehicle. This seems a little bit well Convenient! !! Buyer beware Lesson learned' A note the people working here where friendly, and efficient. Am I angry no, but wish I would have planned earlier and did my research!

I had scheduled a reservation for my mom to pick up a car at noon. My mother is Spanish speaking and my sister had taken her to pick up the car. When they arrived, James Walker (Branch Manager) told them that the reservation is for 2:30PM and Sida (Manager Assistant) said that she had confirmed a 2:30 time with my mother over the phone and my mother simply didnt understand her. THIS IS A LIE! My mother never called to make a reservation as i handled everything. When i arrived to try to help straighten things out they said they had two different reservations (They had the wrong reservation up to begin with) but we still had to wait until 2:30pm. Every time I rented here in the past, I always requested that the car be filled up and i would return the car full as well. This was never a problem before and i would sometimes have to wait 10 extra minutes for this request but they always happily completed this. Not anymore... James and Sida mentioned that they were here to "fix" this enterprise location and that they were setting a new expectation for me when it comes to fuel. The car i was given was practically empty with 67 miles left in the tank (photo below) and was told to bring it back at that level. It is hard to make it so that we return the car at such a low level. We will have this car for weeks while our car is at a body shop. We are not completely sure when we will have to return the car, but we do not want to accidentally gift enterprise a full tank of gas and we do not want to ride on empty all the time either. It is much more convenient to have it full and return full. James and Sida are definitely not fixing anything as I always had a pleasant experience at this location prior to their arrival.

My partner and I walked here after getting misdirected by Hertz down the street, who allowed us to book a 4pm reservation but then proceeded to tell us they were closing and charge us a no-show fee when we arrived at precisely 4pm. Fortunately walking to Enterprise turned out to be a great call -- the manager James could not have been nicer, and though they were supposedly out of cars he was able to pull some strings and quickly get a very recently-returned car cleaned in time for us to rent it as walk-ins. The car itself was in great condition and the employees who helped with the rental process (Syd) and return process (Karen) made everything so easy. Will definitely be renting a car here next time we're in the area!

Whoever Josh is, you gotta check yourself. I've called twice and unfortunately I've had to talk to you both times and it's been the worst experience I've ever had in customer service. Horrible attitude, don't work in an industry where you are supposed to help people if you are always mad and annoyed. Both times I've called I've been in a wonderful mood and once Josh picks up it just goes down hill. Who ever pissed in your cheerios is your problem, not mine. Check that 'tude bro.
