We were disappointed.
We had booked a few months back and did not think the construction would impact our trip near as much as it did.
We were here for 5 nights and the experience was limited and not what we had expected.
The pool and hot tub are closed which we did not know when we booked.
There are campers setup in part of the parking lot for the construction staff.
When asked how or stay was I responded that we were disappointed and never got a response.
Breakfast and cocktail hour were great like you would expect from an Embassy and the staff was friendly.
Once the construction is complete in 2 years it looks like it will be a lovely place to stay but until then I would avoid it.
I wish we would have stayed somewhere else.

We had a 3 night stay early October. We were not made aware of the construction work going on before we arrived .
So we had to walk past a building site to go to breakfast, the bar or the gym. The swimming pool unfortunately was not open.
To be honest the construction work wasn't a big deal to us, just thought I would mention it to make other potential guests aware.
On arrival, the lovely Rodney on reception, surprised us with a room upgrade. The room was a fabulous suite, very impressive. A lovely touch with the Dyson hairdryer in the bathroom.
Staff were very helpful and polite. Room service excellent.
Had the construction not been going on, I would give this 5 stars, however, I am happy to recommend this hotel,

We traveled to Napa in September and stayed at the Embassy Suites. Part of the property is being remodeled, but we were able to stay in one of the completed rooms. The hotel is beautiful with several high-tech features in the room, including automatic night lights, a beautiful soaking tub, and a separate spa shower. The staff provided top-level customer service. Breakfast was great with many options available. The evening reception was also good but would have been better with a little more variety. Overall, I would love to return to see the completed renovations.
Nearby activities: This hotel is very close to Downtown Napa and many other activities, but far enough away to have some quiet time for relaxing.

Nice convenient place to stay.
Pleasant 1 mile walk to heart of downtown Napa
Courtyard firepit with personal firepits on ground floor
Modern conveniences in room
But for the love of god, why would you make me pay $23 dollars to park myself. That is ridiculous.

Even under construction this place is gorgeous. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. A room you want to spend time in! They were doing happy hour specials too which was a nice touch (not sure if it was for construction or they always do that) and my husband loved the house sangria. Good location next to all of the wine country things we wanted to see.

This was my 3rd time staying at this property & I was very disappointed with our stay this time. We were just a few rooms down from the construction & requested to move but another room was not available. We unfortunately were not able to get a newly remodeled room. The parking lot had many campers where the construction workers were staying & they all seemed to join us for breakfast every morning. I wish I would have known the pond area was closed as well, that was one of my favorite parts. We’ve stayed in many Hiltons as diamond members & this was one of my least favorite stays. They are saying it’s going to be at least another 2 years of construction, so I’ll plan to stay at a different property next time.

The Hotel is under construction. All the former beautiful glamour of this property, water features, courtyard with palm trees, even the magnificent entry are all closed off. When you arrive, you’ll be redirected to a side door entrance and stay in a room with a make shift Astro turf courtyard for your accommodations. All this while paying full price. I’d stay somewhere else until renovations are completed, or until management adjusts rates for what is being offered.

Awesome hotel - if you get one of the newly renovated and remodelled rooms. We did. And the rooms are over the top: all new. Looks new. Smells new.
I personally do not fancy the new electronic toilet that blows air and water with a light show while you sit there. But ok… some people like it.
There is no manual as to how to how to control it.
There is a sensor under the bed turning the light on under the bed as you approach or leave the bed. I find it really annoying at night… and there is no way to turn that effect off.
There is no sign to put on the door for privacy - but a small button you need to push that then turns red outside….
We did find the sensor and covered it. So no more automatic light at night.
Even though there are features that I personally do not like, it is still a five star room. Absolutely.
I would however make a manual to us older folks to find the way around all the smartness of the room.
The staff is great - all around.
When booking here make sure to ask for the new rooms when booking. Else you will get the old rooms.
Nearby activities: Walking distance to Napa downtown - full of shops, bars, restaurants and wine tasting venues.
Walkability: Easy to walk from the hotel to the downtown Napa

A hotel that benefits from its reputation but is much too expensive for the services it offers... for the same price you can stay in real small, nice hotels in the area with better services. The rooms are not exceptional, the photos are very well edited, the breakfast is rather nice, it's true but apart from that, I would advise looking for a hotel in the surrounding area with real quality service...

This hotel is under construction, with very limited hours in their restaurant and bar. I was supposed to have an atrium view room that I booked six months ago, and it looked to the wall to the front and parking lot to the back. Two Employees at the front desk argued with me that because it was in the atrium, it had an atrium view. (Take a look at the pictures taken in the hallway outside my room.) Until the renovation is complete, I would stay somewhere else. It’s just not worth it. And they have no business charging for parking, especially when they don’t post on their website that it’s under renovation and the whole back lot is filled with construction trailers and trucks and equipment.
Rooms: The rooms are very dark and dumpy with outdated furniture.
