If you are looking for a outstanding company they would win !Jean took her time listening to my needs and also realizing that some people have emotional attachments to their vehicles -She was very thorough in explaining the process and could not have been more polite & friendly ?Annette sent me emails with step by step instructions and updated me on everything and she also was very nice ?I wanted my Toyota Highlander to go to a Veteran donation so I picked "Operation First Response" there are so many Veterans that we should take better care of considering they gave Us Freedom ???And my father was in the Navy and the Air Force as well.Victoria B.

I had a very good experience donating my car. I really didn't have to do much at all, got a very satisfying tax deduction. The pickup was arranged, smoothly executed, didn't really have to do much at all! I have donated vehicles in the past, but was never really 100% sure that the funds were going to a good charity. Here, I received the acknowledgement and I am very happy to know that my charity dollars went to my favorite charity! Highly recommend.

Donate for Charity made it SO easy to donate the car for the benefit of our specific charity. We did it all online, and they gave us very clear instructions about how to complete the necessary paperwork. Then, they arranged towing to remove the car. Not only was it easy for us, it was effortless for the Seattle-area charity. Everybody wins! I would absolutely use them again.

Excellent customer service & support. They went beyond the call of duty to facilitate the process, answer my questions and resolve any "bumps in the road." I spoke to 3 of their representatives and all of them were professional, personable & helpful. I'd heartily recommend them.

Fabulous experience. Courteous. Move quickly. Lots of non profits to choose from. If there is a complaint to be had, I will find it! There was none to be found working with Donate for Charity. Tell them your mechanic's company's name to give them some money too. Nice thing to do.

They were the best of the best and if there was a complaint to be had, I always seem to find it. They were great in every way: friendly, experienced, fast. Give them your mechanic's company's name so they can get a little money too. Maybe the mechanic has to be signed up for it. I don't know. Mine was. Glad to help him out a little. *********** kept calling and calling me until I picked up the phone. Good for him!!! Not like many companies where they call once and give up and don't pick up your car. This company gave me a superlative job. Lots of communication too.

I wanted to donate my old car to charity, and found that many of the advertised services are some sort of scam. Donate for Charity helped me find a real charity to donate to, and made it easy to get rid of my car in short order.

We use them for the charity I Administer and I donated a vintage, wooden, drift boat. The process was SOOOO much better than our former contractor. They are professional, the process is super easy, they are very easy to communicate with, the tow truck driver was great and had all of the paperwork I needed ready when he got to my house! This is the easiest way to donate and they will accept ANY type of vehicle in ANY condition from ANYWHERE in the U.S.A. Got an extra vehicle you don't want, give it to a charity that used Donate for Charity as their contractor!
