Tonight I received the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I went to pick up an order my wife placed and when i arrived back to the airbnb we saw the cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. Naturally, i went back to ask for another one, in addition to taking back the one i received. I was treated like a liar and someone trying to get a free pizza. The order was placed by her at 8:15, ready at 8:35, picked up at 8:45, I went back at almost 9 and at 9:15 they were stating I waited an 1 hr to go back. They were reluctant in giving me another pizza. Instead of addressing my concerns the manager left to the back while the one white male, with tattoos on his arm asked me to leave the store aggressively, after I asked for his and his manager’s name. I saw this man maybe 10 mins ago at that time and he was telling his manager that was a female that I was there an hour ago! They both refused to give me their names. Now I asked corporate to check the cameras! I will be calling and emailing as well tomorrow.

I have NEVER in my life experienced such HORRIBLE customer service in Dominos and in Napa of all places! My husband went to pick up an order I placed and when he arrived back to the airbnb we saw the cheese pizza was burnt to a crisp and cold. Naturally, he went back to ask for another one, in addition to taking back the one he received. He was treated so HORRIBLY. They started arguing about the time it took him to go back. (Order placed at 8:15, ready at 8:35, picked up at 8:45 went back at almost 9 and at 9:15 they were stating he waited an 1 hr to go back). They were reluctant in giving him another pizza. When he asked for the manager, it only got worse! They didn’t even want to provide their names! Corporate will definitely be hearing from us. Dominos time to clean house at this location!!!

I was happily surprised by how good the pizza, pasta and brownies were and I will definatly be ordering again from Dominos!!!

They purposely turn off the lobby lights while we were still eating two hours prior to closure. We overheard a big fat hispanic lady working there warning her other coworkers, while laughing, as they joked about turning the lights off on us.

I was taking a box of ShamWows and a couple quarts of Boonsfarm over to Asscrack Charlie's cause he's been kinda in the dumps since littlepick his pet porcupine got taken away by the fish and wildlife service. And, I'll tell you one thing I know for sure...nothing goes better with a half gallon of Boonsfarm than a Hawaiian pizza from Domino's Pizza, and those ShamWows, well they're to clean up the mess. 5 Stars for Domino's Pizza, the salad was pretty good too.☆☆☆☆☆

The pizza is a typical fast food pie, but better than the competition especially for the price. Service at this location is excellent and everyone is friendly. Use the app to get reward points, specials and carside delivery. You can get a lot of food for a fair price. It's great to have the pizza brought out to the car, too.

My mistake for thinking this place got any better. Delivered the pizza with a smashed box and called 3x holding for 10min each time. Only resolve was online to pay more money for another item slightly discounted

This was THE BEST service and pizza I've ever had from this location. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me navigate a large order.
