I am a first time pawmom of a 8 month old labradoodle. Been searching high and low for a place that specializes in "teddy bear" poodle especially labradoodle haircut. I brought my dog to a few other places and disasterous. Her haircut was always so choppy. I have taken my Rumi here twice so far and Everytime she came out perfect!!!!! She looks so darn cute. Her nails are trimmed, her private is also trimmed and nice. They really take time with her. Her coat is so fluffy. Just darling. The price is more than fair. I can't recommend this place enough. Michelle just does an amazing job every time. Even though I moved away, I will always drive back to Napa so my Rumi can get her haircut from Dog World. Thank you for making my girl even prettier than she is.

I do not appreciate the way my mother was treated on her last visit. She went on vacation and was waiting to bring her dog to this same location, but in that time her dogs fur became long and matted. Our dog doesn't like being brushed as she's had bad experiences with groomers before. So while I do understand it could be frustrating to have dogs who end up being matted, for whatever reason, it's no excuse to raise your voice at anyone. This location lacks professionalism. I would highly recommend this establishment to work on their customer service skills. Terrible experience & service!

Never able to do any style cute on my little guy but shave him bald and now the price to just plainly shave him went from $50 to $85 im so confused and this new pricing. Now if they would have given a nice style cut for his breed paying that much would have not been so bad so i have a bald dog back that smells worse now then when i dropped him off. he smells like dog world wich does not hava a pleasant smell or clean at all.and aslo the lady there is very rude and snappy

I love dog world! I am so glad to have such amazing people grooming my fur baby Gizmo! They always do a top-notch job and go above and beyond to make my little guy feel comfortable.

I do not recommend you bring your dog to this disorganized chop shop of establishment, especially if you are a new customer, and you expect an actual experienced dog groomer - not just a bath and a towel dry. What an absolute shame. My standard poodle looked beyond butchered, and so did my friends poodle who also just recently had a bad experience this week. Even if you give direction, you will get a terrible result and the absolute bare minimum, for what it’s even worth. Too bad I can’t upload a photo here (because seriously it’s BAD) Read the reviews on Yelp - and save yourself the disappointment. Hopefully this honest review saves some dog owners from a 1 star experience because YIKES. Never again!

Wow! A solid 10 with my first visit at Dog World. We have a 140lb Blood Hound we took in to get Groomed. "Priceless" Good job!!!

Michelle does an excellent job on my Australian Terrier Cody! They have Cody on a regular 6-week grooming schedule. They are very flexible if I need to make a change. Jessica does a great job managing the shop.

I have been going to dog world for over 15 years. They've always taken care of my dogs and have groomed them very well. Love going to pick my clean puppies up knowing they will look beautiful. I have never had a problem with Michelle or Jessica they are very friendly and love my puppies.

Jessica and Michelle of Dog World are both efficient, helpful with dog owner's needs and requests and friendly. The business is always so busy, that it is always hopping. I have appreciated and admired the grooming that Michelle accomplishes... especially with a fidgety Shih Tzu, who does not allow anyone to touch his face. I have been at the counter and witnessed customers upset on the phone where if they do not get in immediately, they tend to be upset. It is very hard to run a dog grooming business. I, for one, am very pleased with how they consistently groom my pup and also how they treat me. I have been to other groomers and have been disappointed. I'm glad I found a great place to take care of my requests. I highly recommend Dog World groomers.

Now I know where Jessica's bad attitude comes from. The owner could not have known that I yelled at or threatened Jessica. Michelle does not know this was the second time Jessica lectured me and talked to me like I was two years old. You ladies need to find happiness. I would not trust you with Teddy. There truly is a shortage of dog groomers in Napa.
