After an auto lift mishap, I wound up with a nasty rear roof dent on my Lexus RCF. A good friend of mine recommended Dent Solution and said that Ian's the best in the business. I got an estimate to fix the roof and remove other dings and dents in the car and scheduled the work. Ian is a great guy and one can really tell how much passion he has for his craft and the business he's built. He knocked the car out in less than two hours and I was especially impressed with how good he was able to get the roof. I was told that roof dents are trickier than other panels...but after he was finished you'd never know it had a dent of any sort. Overall very pleased with the work and will certainly contact Ian for any future dent jobs.

I called yesterday to see if I can get my slight dent fixed. I was scheduled today at 8am. I was greeted and given pricing upon arrival. I got my dent fixed right away. Did not take very long. I am to say their service is excellent and their quality of work! I've been to other shops but this place is my most favorite. I'll be taking my vehicles here for dents. They also offer wraps and window tint services. Their service today has been very promising and I am a happy customer. Thank you!

5 stars is not enough for Ian. I called and he picked up phone. I called 4 other places and no one got back to me in one day except Ian. He asked me for pictures as I lived an hour away in Belvedere. I had a bad dent in a bad spot on a brand new luxury car and I knew form past experience it would be a $5000 repair. He looked at pics and said come in right away and I was there in an hour and done in two hours. His price was very reasonable and his customer service is 10 stars. He has been doing dent removal for over 30 years and I cannot say enough about how well I was treated. His assistant is top notch too. It is not often I experience this level of professionalism. His shop super neat and tidy and my dent is gone...he is a magician. Hedy Holmes

Six stars if I could. Had an unfortunate dent on the side of the car and we were very glad we brought our car in to Ian. Fantastic decision. He is very responsive & easy to communicate with. He is 30+ years in the business, and his experience shows. Great work by kind & good people, at a fair price. We'll be bringing all of our future needs to Ian if he'll have us! Well...we all do stupid things. I managed to fall off a ladder in my garage and landed on the hood of my pristine Chevy Volt. I wasn't hurt but the agony of having to see a badly dented and creased hood. Had I taken it to a traditional body shop, they probably would have replaced the aluminum hood, painted and charged me $2.5 - $3K. Ian at Dent Solution did his magic and managed to smooth out every bend, crease and ding without filler, sanding or paint. It looks brand-spanking new and flawless. These people do amazing work and I can't thank him enough for his attention to detail and quality of work. I now call him the "Dent Whisperer".

Ok, only frustrating part of this experience was that I didn’t use them previously. Quote was accurate, they were on time (early) and did an exceptionally good job. Very lucky. No brainer.

Amazing Work!! A large tree branch blew off in a storm and landed directly on our Audi Q5. It hit right on the crease where the roof meets the side panel. This was not an easy thing to fix. Ian made it disappear. Can't believe it. More importantly, he didn't have to take the car apart to do it. He was able to pull it out while leaving the rest of the car in tact with no affect on the paint. Really impressed. Ian is a treasure to Napa. Thank you!!Service: Auto detailing

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Had a small dent and scratch from a bicycle that hit my car. Ian pulled the dent out and filled in the scratch in a short time at very fair price and I was on my way. Happy the annoying dent is gone! I plan on bringing my car back for detailing and ceramic coating soon. My car had some nasty dents... I dropped my car off when they opened and a few hours (afternoon) it was beautiful and perfect! I had no issues with the time it took because I didn't want a rushed job. Amazing job I will return if it happens again Thanks a million!

I call Ian my miracle man. I like to keep my cars looking their best. Dings and dents bug the heck out of me. I have been using Ian for years. He never ceases to amaze me. I bring my cars in and they come out perfect. I truly don't know how he does it. Great job Ian

Great experience at Dent Solution. My vehicle was parked and someone hit it in the trunk area and left. I took it in and spoken with Ian. Gave me an estimate and an appt. Very courteous and timely. Did a great job and would be happy to refer to anyone.
