I have been renting with them for almost six years now and have had nothing short of an amazing experience with this company! They are very helpful if I need anything and I love there online payment option. Keep up the great job!

I would rarely ever leave a negative review for fear of hurting a small business, but after my experience with Davidson and Bennett, I would be doing the Napa community a disservice by not warning or providing honest feedback. Very unprofessional, very unresponsive and very slow. They will not repair or replace any maintenance requests. If you are looking in the Napa area, do yourself a favor and do not rent from this property management service. There are several other great options in the valley, such as Wyman who are fast, responsive and incredibly professional.

Not even a 1 star I'd give this place. When my family first came into town from out of state for work and needed a place to live, this place took our application with fee and didn't contact us to let us know the status. No return to our calls to work with us to find a home and when we went in physically to check status, they smiled and lied straight to our face. I wouldn't contact this place for any needs you have, ever. This is a crooked business. Worst company imaginable.

These people are the worst. They are such crooks. When we first moved here from out of state we physically went in looking for a place to live. They took our application fees and couldn't even be bothered to contact us after that to tell us what was going on. They literally took our money and did nothing. If there were negative stars I would give these crooks -20. Stay away from them. They really need to go out of business.

If dealing with Nancy, document everything because she’s honest only when it’s convenient. Expect a complete lack of integrity.

DISHONEST is an understatement this company lacks ethics and scruples. I found a unit that I liked on their website and submitted an online application, a few days went by and I received a telephone call inviting me to an open house; I showed up on time and saw the unit along with other prospective tenants. I spoke to Pam and told her that I really liked it and I paid the $25 application fee in cash. Pam stated that it would take about a week because she had speak to the owners and have the unit painted. Weeks went by and I called her a few times to follow up, I got the run around from her. I wasn't getting anywhere with this property management company so I started browsing Craig's list and what did I see?!? The same unit listed as "available now" and it had a listing date of 11/28 AFTER I had submitted my application. I called Pam and played off as, oh I was browsing Craigslist and saw a unit that I thought looked familiar, I asked her about the status of my application and she replied that, "the bathroom is getting a new floor and it will be painted." I thought to myself well that's kind of funny because the ad states it's available now.
My income is 4x the rent, I have a credit score of 780, no criminal record, and no eviction record.
Everything was going smoothly up until the open house. The only thing I can think of is that this company discriminates against Hispanic applicants. I saw the other prospective tenant, a middle aged Hispanic man pay for the application fee, two qualified applicants and yet the unit is still available. One can only conclude this company discriminates.
What really irks me is that Pam blatantly lies. I've attached pictures to support my experience.
