Dan was very old school mechanic, but that's exactly what I needed. He was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was taking my travel trailer to an uncle to fix. His work was spot on and he even found and fixed a couple of small issues. I found my RV repair place and won't be going anywhere else. I wanted to remount the axles under the springs to add lift and install sumo springs. Most places I called either didn't know what I was talking about or couldn't do it because that isn't a normal repair. Dan knew exactly what I needed and quoted me right away. Job took about a day to complete and I couldn't be happier.

Dan is the only person we will let touch our Tiffin motorhome.He is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. We highly recommend Dan if you only want the best service on your rig.

Been going to Dan for a couple years now for all my RV needs, hitch and brake system and axle swop on trailer. Always friendly and willing to answer questions concerning my RV(5th wheel). He does great work and at a decent price.

Brought our trailer in because the hot water heater wasn't working - he explained what it could be - he cleaned out the area,!fixed what needed to be done and gave us tips on how to make sure it doesn't happen again!! Very pleased with our experience with his shop and will definitely keep going to him in the future

Absolutely horrible customer service! Very rude thank goodness I found that out before I actually got my trailer in there. When I initially called somebody answered the phone in a very snappy voice saying saying "hello"! It kind of caught me off guard so I actually confirmed that I was calling the right place. Once the lady confirmed, I began to ask her if they do recall work. In the midst of me asking her this, she decided to repeatedly cough in my ear. She then responded in another snappy voice "we're 6 weeks out". Okay, I asked. I would like to find out how long this repair would take. She placed me on hold for almost 10 minutes. Then I heard somebody messing with the phone and hang up on me. I called right back and needless to say My phone call went straight to voicemail. Call back again and decided this point to leave a message as I was a little bit frustrated. The same lady decides to then answer the phone call in the middle of my voicemail. I said you know I'm not sure what's going on. I just called to ask about getting some work done. You place me on hold and then hung up on me. She then again in her snappy voice said "well Dan is on the other line and if you can't hold that's not my problem" ? I told her no. As I mentioned, you hung up on me and in the midst of everything coughing in my ear. Her response "excuse me for my laryngitis and again if you can't hold that's not my problem" .... At this point I just hung up the phone and let them know I would be posting a review. Not that they probably care.... Very sad as this would have been my first time bringing my trailer there and now I will be going out of town just to avoid such rude service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely rude! Called about hitches, had several questions about setup and Dan tells me he doesn’t have time for questions. Take your business elsewhere

In all of my years on this planet, I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional business owner. If you see the reviews, either 5 stars or 1. What's the difference? Bottom line, nobody should ever treat another hard working, law abiding, tax paying adult who wants to do business with you in such a rude manner. Whether this guy does good work or not, spend your money somewhere else. We should support local business owners that treat others with a little decency and civility.
