Most of the employees here seem very aloof. There must be a lot of turnover because I see new people every time I go in there. People who seem like they barrely care about their job, over worked or both. Last Friday I went to buy a big bottle of Hennessey, and I went up to the counter and this middle aged lady employee was on her phone away from the checkout counter. I thought she must be doing something work related because she wasent aknologing me. A full 2 minutes went by before u said "Are you open?" She's like OH! Yeah... She rang up my stuff and I was paying with cash and ended up being less than a dollar short. I then asked if I could pay with card and I literally got the old "Dios mio" and the eye roll! Feeling awkward about it I started digging through my pockets and found a dollar, gave it to her and didn't get change back! What the hell!!

I am a physician trying to get a hold of them for over a week now on a patient having a problem. They have gotten the prescription wrong 3 times. Never call me even though I have my cell number on it. Now have been on hold 45 min, then 10 min, then called the fron t who tried transferring me to the back and now on hold again.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! unless you like people not answering the phone.

The store is not where you want to go for anything. On a recent visit I as shocked at the dismal condition of the cosmetics department. Little to no stock & what was there was in locked cabinets. This past weekend I tried reaching someone in the Pharmacy to ask questions about a medication I'd been prescribed. *** NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! *** I don't know who is managing this store. I tried to speak to the manager on duty but they never answered the phone either. Seriously bad all the way around.

I’ve had enough. After a good 20+ years I’m transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy and never stepping foot in another cvs again. Every time my doctor sends a prescription to them something is always wrong and the app tells me that I need to call. If you call you will wait on hold for HOURS until someone hangs up on you. Im not kidding - I have the call logs showing how many times I’ve called and been on hold for 2 hours. I would know as it’s happened to me dozens of times due to my medicine being on a scattered schedule which means I have to go in there every week and in line to figure out what’s wrong since they can’t answer the phone to fix an issue. After I go in and wait in line to fix whatever they screwed up then they tell me to come back the next day to actually get the prescription. Honestly what pisses me off more than anything is that they think it’s okay to do this to senior citizens and people who depend on their medications to NOT DIE. Eventually they will go bankrupt and we will all know why.

Every time I call the pharmacy I’m on hold for at least 20 minutes. Currently on hold and it has been 37min and counting.

The male pharmacist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We we're traveling through the area and I needed a prescription simply transferred over one time from another CVS. There aren't many other stores where we're going. I was told it would take 5 hours to fill, something I've NEVER heard at any other pharmacy ever before. He acted like the entire task was a huge burden on him. I've never been told to wait more than 15-20 minutes at any other pharmacy before. I took my business to the Walgreens next door and they filled it within 15 minutes.

My issues with CVS are when I try to call of which I have done so recently 4 times and wait on hold for pharmacy and after a long hold either the call is terminated or once it was answered and then immediately disconnected. Either way it's been around 30 minutes hold before Im disconnected, which is very frustrating so I have to go in person and wait in line to ask a question I should be able to call for answer. The other issue I have is I needed a scrip for my dog of which is "viagra" in order to treat his "Pulmonary Hypertension", (I know, sounds funny right) which creates breathing difficulty and they sent me a text twice saying it was available to pick up so I waited till next day and went there to pickup as I had no pills left. I was told its not been filled yet and I would have to wait till tomorrow as they were very busy today. I explained this is scrip isn't needed for recreation its needed for my dog to breathe better. They then said they'd fill it, but id have to come back by 8pm when they close and couldn't say when it'll be ready, but come before 8pm. My hunch is they were busy so they prioritized the meds, (as they should) but they shouldn't assume "Viagra" is only used for recreation and should of filled it earlier when they said it was ready one day prior. All that said, Id also like to say I appreciate CVS and staff are usually fine and that during early Covid, CVS was a hero with getting vaccines out to many desperate people including my family and I am thankful for them as well. Perhaps they are under staffing and might consider having more staff to improve quality of service by answering the phone sooner than 1/2 hour our more, or they could use a callback service which is an easy fix.

I went to buy few things from them and the gentleman behind the cash register was very rude.I greeted him and he didn't reply back he was absolutely racist.

Jeremy is awesome. Had the inhalers on the counter just like he said. He was genuinely happy to help too. Give this man a raise. I'll be coming back here for now on to get my inhalers. See you next time brother
