Something happened to this location and they started bringing in pharmacists that don't share the same care as those who have been there for yrs.One woman pharmacist who recently started working Sundays is simply terrible..She makes the other amazing pharmacists look bad.No bedside manner, no filter. She violates privacy and speaks openly about patients loudly which is pretty sad.I hope she isn't permanent or we will change pharmacies to across the street to Rite Aid.

My review is more about the consistent customer service that Greg in the Pharmacy provides than the store. He is always super friendly and waves if I am in the drive-thru. He goes out of his way to provide friendly service that is missing in so many parts of our society. Keep it up Greg, its appreciated!

Every time I come here I have to wait 5+ minutes by the check out for someone to notice I’m there and ring me up. Pretty annoying!

This is worst CVS I've ever visited. They added new self checkout kiosks. Where are the human checkout clerks? Problems with the checkout and no humans around for advice and assistance. Saw customers putting items back and leaving the store. I will not be going back to this store! The CVS at their Trancas location always has at least one checkout clerk and they are friendly. I enjoy the human contact.

I would not use this pharmacy. Trust me I know. I have been a CVS customer for my whole life! But I am leaving and going to the rite aide across the street. Here is why. Is anyone else out there who finds the pharmacist manager Natalie incredibly difficult?? I must say She has treated me with only disrespect and little kindness.I have heard her talk about me, hang up on me, but the biggest thing she did was when I had to get some new Rxs filled , one was an anti-seizure medication. She let me walk out of there without any directions for how to use these new medications!!! She was the pharmacist that day and all she did was stand behind the counter growling!! I believe I am lucky nothing happened to me!!Last but not least was yesterday when I got a message from a cvs in Novato telling me that a Rx was ready for me to pick up. I have never ever used this pharmacy. So I called and spoke to Natalie, and she told me that one of Rx had been pulled from them and filled. I asked her how that happened and she said she didn’t know????I tried to file a complaint anonymously, but the Regional manager gave out my name and number to Natalie to call me. They did not take my complaint seriously and I was given the run around! So frustrating. They literally have no idea how bad their manager is. I wish them all the best.
